I can’t recommend this place enough. Everyone was so wonderful from Dr to all other staff members. The check-in check out process was as very easy, the care and knowledge was amazing and the follow-up was even better. I had been corresponding with them back and forth and probably had 3-5 phone calls on one day with one person and I felt no attitude or any sort of feeling that they’re being bothered by all my calls and requests. Very kind and prompt, they really do care and I really appreciate it. Thank you for helping my kitty feel better 🖤

I scheduled a same day appointment for my dog who had a badly broken toe nail where the quick was exposed causing her to keep her leg lifted off the ground when standing or sitting. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff at this clinic. Dr. Larson was wonderful with my baby girl who was visibly nervous. She took her time with her to make sure she was comfortable prior to examining her and during the examination. She fully explained to me what they would do to treat the nail and what I should do to ensure it would heal properly, as well as what I should do if issues arise. I also liked that you were provided a quote prior to any treatment being done so there were no surprises. The office staff was wonderful and very friendly to both me and my pet. I would definitely come back.

Phenomenal staff, everyone was friendly and welcoming, and they took great care of my elderly father's elderly cat. Perfect health.

A few weeks later our kittens from a pregnant stray we had taken were due for their first check up and the staff took very good care of the cuties and loved seeing them. Everyone was so professional but so warm and welcoming that we found our new vet and will be going back for all our future vet needs. Pricing was also significantly better than Banfield, no expensive plan needed to be able to afford their care.

I have been taking my cat to Dr. Kevin for years. Dr. Kevin has done an excellent job explaining my cat's condition and any proposed treatments. A few years ago, when I brought my cat in, he was listening to her heart beat and told me that when I started petting her, he could feel her calming down. It was a moment that made me think, hey, my cat really does like me. I was quite touched. The front desk staff is also very kind and friendly. Normandale Veterinary Hospital has a very welcoming environment for pets and their owners.

I had a sick cat (Fatty) and he got the best care you could possibly get. This team is rumored to be attentive, compassionate and professional all in one package and Fatty and I are both so grateful to this caring hospital
Dr. Hallstrom does not miss a beat explaining everything and assuring us that everything is great. What more do you need when you can walk out of a hospital and both Fatty and myself were relieved that we now feel better. Thank you very much.

Took my cat in because he was having issues after we moved to a new apartment. They were very thorough and helpful. They even called to check up on him a few days later and sent us a card in the mail with a thank you note. It was so above and beyond my expectations of what a vet experience would be like. Dr Kevin and others have always taken great care of my pets. Ever since I was a kid when we brought our dogs in. I happily bring my cat in whenever she needs care.

Dr. Dave is amazing! We credit him for saving our puppy who had a terrible case of mange. That "puppy" just celebrated his 12th birthday and is the picture of health. 💕 So grateful for the wonderful care he receives at Normandale!

WE LOVE, Dr. Kevin, Greg and everyone! It has been so comforting over the last 20+ years of boarding my dogs (Jagar, Mac, Otto, etc.)

Normandale Vet Clinic manages and explain which shots and why they are needed.

When we go on vacation we always board at Normandale Vet Hospital. The dogs jump out of the car and run to Greg!

We also agree on a very healthy diet of lamb/rice dog food, with milk bones for a treat. We have always had large dogs (120 lbs. to 150 lbs.) and they have all lived past 12........

I firmly believe that Normandale Vet clinic has a great outlook and believe their passion and therefore have discovered the benefits of a well rounded and manageable solution for all pets and their owners.
