M Health Fairview Clinic - Brooklyn Park

Today, Thur, 8/3/23, my husband came for an appt with a new Dr, for an issue that he called about yesterday. He was able to get in, in just 1 day. He doesn't go to the location, but he was very pleased to be offered this location! He checked into the 1st floor, they gave him a tablet to answer questions, then to head to the 2nd floor, and wait. I took pics of that floor, and he was called quickly. A few people either didn't get told to come to the 2nd floor, from the 1st floor, or didn't listen, as the nurses called out several names, and it was only me in the lobby, waiting for my husband.
My husband liked his Dr, who couldn't identify his problem, so he was referred to Podiatry, and we'll schedule that appt. Weird thing, is that, before we left the office, my husband got a text to schedule a follow up appt with the Dr he just saw.?? He was hoping it was to schedule it was with A PODIATRIST, which is where they referred him to. But ok.

Parking: uncovered, large lot. Drop off is covered. I would think, being in MN, where it's cold, snowy in winter, you'd have some covered parking.... Yes I know right now it's summer, but something to consider, coming up.

Overall, very good experience!
* I saw lots of wheelchairs, an elevator, and wheelchair accessible bathroom. Wish there was a place to put my items in the bathroom, instead of on the floor.

We are in Florida and our minor-aged son is in MN for hockey. The staff at Brooklyn Park, Theresa and Dr. Linda Barrett in particular, were so kind to help us get our boy seen and taken care of. Very nurturing, family-oriented staff! Thank you!

The eye clinic is great. They are friendly and helpful. Everyone is. They helped me get a problem with a work physical that was holding me up. This is where I plan to stay. Thanks you guys. I appreciate all you did for me.

I am so relieved to have found Dr. Vocal. After being seen from two other doctors and not moving forward with my symptoms, I was on my final straw when I scheduled my appointment with Dr. Vocal. He was so attentive and listened to every concern I had. He explained everything in great detail and told me the steps we would take to get some answers. I have seen numerous doctors over the years and Dr. Vocal is definitely one of the best. It is humbling to finally find a doctor you trust and feels like they have your best interest.

Was able to get into my Doctor at my convenience. Return calls were prompt. Very helpful & nice staff.

Ordered glasses for the first time at this location. The staff were very helpful in assisting me in the process. They were very attentive and quick in choosing frames, ordering, and readjusting. First place to analyze and readjust the way glasses were sitting on my face instead of simply sending me out once I picked them up. Definitely will come back to reorder glasses.

I appreciate reading reviews but rarely write them. However, I felt I needed to after reading so many negative reviews about this clinic, for my opinion and experience is much different. I have been going to the Brooklyn Park clinic for over 12 years and have always been highly satisfied with the care I have received there, as have my husband and three children. We have had a variety of physicians over the years including internists, family practice, OB/GYN, and pediatricians and pediatricians as our primary care physicians. All have been highly competent and patient oriented. Urgent care has sometimes had long wait times, but that goes with the territory and is no different than any clinic I've gone to during my adult life. For the most part, my appointments have been timely and I have never felt any physician has felt rushed. I have some complex, long standing health issues and have also seen a variety of specialists including podiatry, GI, neurology, PT, surgeons, as well as optometry. Each practitioner has been willing to listen and have considered my concerns and wishes seriously. They have always treated me as part of my medical team and considered not only my feelings but my suggestions, allowing me to go out of clinic if I found a specialist I felt better met my needs. I also appreciate MyChart. Because I have a relationship with our physicians, I have often been able to get questions answered, get referrals taken care of quickly or brainstorm if I needed to bring in my children for a visit or not. Responses have, for the most part, also been very timely.There are clinics closer to my home which I cannot use due to our insurance coverage. However, even if I could, I would be reluctant to leave because of the marvelous care I have received through Fairview Brooklyn Park and other associated clinics.

I am absolutely amazed on the level of service I receive every single time i go to this clinic. The staff is super sweet and so understanding and always thinking about the patient first. I have never waiting more than idk.... a few minutes and the front staff and my Doctor - Megan Hill went above and beyond to provide care and support for me. Thank you!

I have since moved further away from this clinic, but have chosen to continue to drive here for my care because I like the parking, staff, and my primary provider. I love being able to pre-check and fill out my forms online prior to my appointment. That helps speeding up check-in when you get to the office and saves paper!

I went in with my wife to the urgent care and I was very impress. At the front, we were helped by Tay or Taye, can't recall how to spell it, my apologies. She was very helpful especially since my wife had changed her name legally. She went through updating the system and made sure everything was accurate. Once in the room, we were seen by a nurse practitioner name Sara or Sarah, also not sure which way to spell it. She was very nice and informative. I truly believe she went out of her way to explain everything possible in regards to possible reasons behind my wife's symptoms. It was very educational. I very much appreciate in-depth explanations especially when it concerns health. Overall, my wife and I's experience has truly been great. The staff has definitely earned two thumbs up!

Sleep clinic is great!!!

I usually don’t like to travel to BP but Dr Basha was the first one I could get in for potential sleep issues. He was VERY nice. And when I take the time to review a dr it means something. I have a severe phobia and him and his staff were nice. I was terrified to do an at clinic test so he allowed me to do an at home. I will update if we run into any issues but he didn’t judge me at all and generally wanted me to sleep and feel better.

Urgent care, twisted and sprained my ankle. Less than 15 minute wait. Had wheelchair because couldn't walk, had my own crutches, Doctor wait was less than 10 minutes. X-rays were taken, not broken but badly sprained. Pharmacy on premises. Fast, efficient care.

Quickly seen when regular doctor office closed for the weekend. Very kind and patient staff with my screaming toddler!

I just love Fairview clinic and my doctor Dr Bates. He's an awesome doctor and his team as well. The hospitality at the Fairview clinic is very welcoming and am glad to have it as my primary clinic.

My children see the pediatrician at Fairview Brooklyn Park. I really like that when you call the clinic a person answers the phone instead of an automated menu. They can usually get the kids in the same day, which we really appreciate when things come up at the last minute.

Nice, clean, and spacious clinic. All staff, from the receptionist to general physicians are friendly and helpful. The best time to come in is in the morning as it's the least busy.

Jonathan Bates has been the best doctor I have seen in over 50 year. Diagnoses the issue, and clearly explain what needs to be done to get you healthy again.

Personally, I have never had a bad experience here. Good staff, good doctors, everybody is polite.
No issues with me.

Dr. Vocal & Fairview Clinic have provided me with excellent care. With my many medical issues. They are outstanding.
