Me and my wife just bought a house in February. It took us a while, we had to take a break because of Corona. Dan was patient and did all he could for us. He's smart funny and personable. He fought to get us exactly what we wanted. The inspector he suggested was thorough and knowledgeable. Trust me I know my Dad inspected my little brothers house and missed a roof leak and had to have the roof replaced. We got the house we wanted at the price we wanted and it went smooth as silk. The house is still a work in progress and I couldn't be happier to be doing it on MY house!

Dan helped us find our home and then helped us sell 2 years later. We could not be happier with our experience. We lived out of state while looking for homes in Michigan and again moved out of state before closing on our home. Dan went above and beyond to make those transitions smooth and less stressful for us. We valued his knowledge and advice when it came to navigating offers, inspections, etc. He was extremely patient while we looked for the right home and made extra trips to the house to be there for inspections when we couldn’t. When we sold, it was the same scenario...x5! I could go on and on about the things he did to be helpful...things he certainly didn’t have to, but it took a load off of us. You just don’t get this type of customer service anymore. We cannot recommend him highly enough- trust him with your home buying/selling needs...you won’t regret it!
