My brother and I inherited our mother’s house and we contacted Deanna Barrett to be our agent for the sale. Deanna made several helpful suggestions with the curb appeal such as newer lighting, trimming the trees and bushes.
The closing of the sale had a few glitches as most do but she was able to mitigate all of them. Very knowledgeable, very professional, excellent communication and a great personality.
Ms. Barrett is highly recommend.
