Great service (DEE) was the best she was taking care of 6 customers different phones at the same time and everything was done fast and perfect
the other employee (Tall skinny long hair) was helping one customer, 2 minutes before closing and she still taking care of me, my wife and 4 other people.

Staff was helpful with quoting out new plan as we were transferring three lines from a competitor. Took a very long time to set up two phones but when we went back to pick up, young man who assisted us on pick was great help. We still have an issue with one number and waiting for phone to arrive in your store for 3rd line.

Thomas is amazing! Always so helpful when we come in with questions and looking into helping us save money while adding our kids devices onto our plans. Great customer service!

Great experience at this Verizon store. Trevor went above and beyond to get me into my new iPhone. I would recommend this place to anyone especially if Trevor is there to help you. He answered all my questions ( if you know me there is usually a lot). He set up my new iPhone which was a bit of a challenge since apple disabled my Apple ID and my old iPhone was an 8. Then he installed the screen protector like a pro (which he is). Definitely go see him.

Dee was awesome in that she was quick and efficient. She was very understanding when dealing with this low tech Grandma.

I went to the Taylor, Verizon brick and mortar store one they couldn’t help me too after 20 years of having their service they treated me like I was nobody. They are more worried about helping new customers instead of taking care of their old customers, so I was referred to go to this Verizon store. Not only did they take care of me for exactly what I wanted. They treated me with respect was a very clean environment. They were fast and friendly to solve my problem. I am highly satisfied with this location. I will never use the Taylor Verizon store ever again.

After going in to the Woodhaven store a couple of weeks ago with a technical issue, I was very pleased with the helpfulness, expertise and courtesy of both Nick and Collin. About a month earlier, I also bought a cord there for my iPad which Josh suggested would work better. He was right!

We went in to transfer service to Verizon.
At this point it was one line. Transferring a phone is not a pleasant experience.
Christian was our Rep for this and it could not have turned our better. Christian was by far THE BEST rep I have ever worked with. While Juggling the phone transfer with my son-in law he reviewed our plan with me. So we added a line changed our plan and when the dust settles our plan was much less expensive, even after adding a new line. So my daughter wants to get a new phone and one for our granddaughter. He ordered that phone and locked it in for a promotion that will give granddaughter the I-Phone that she wants and our daughter gets her new phone.

Thank you Christian for your very professional, personal service and friendly attitude. It was one of the best experiences I have had in a phone shop. We were in your store opening day awhile back. You sir are the best I have ever encountered! THANK YOU!!
