They took my defective boots back (zipper kept getting stuck) even though I got them six months ago. Great service!

I’ve shopped here several times for decent shoes and heels. Price is okay; friendly staff and overall lots of options.

They don't have Nike blazers here but If you are looking for doc martens this is a good place to go.

DSW best place to purchase shoes, I got last month my Sketchers, md got my Sorel sandals this week. They have the best athletic shoes that works 100 great with my Plantar Fasciitis, and flat foot. Also their ortho insert works great for back issues. The staff are very nice and helpful. I highly recommended DSW

Today I received the best customer service from Brianna. We were greeted with her warm smile and great attitude. She worked diligently to find a pair of boots for me in the store and on line. I had a pleasant shopping experience and these days that can be rare. Thank you Brianna, my words do not fully describe the great customer service that you provided!

Great selection of shoes for all occasions. They have a lot of great brands and really good prices. Quick and easy shopping experience, all the shoes are right in the aisles No asking an employee for your size and color and then having them awkwardly watch while you try them on. Even more colors and sizes available online.

Really appreciate the kindness at this store. My cashier, Mcayla, took the time to call a manager so I could use a $10 reward that expired 3 days ago.

My daughter and I had such great customer service. Carolyn and Albony went over and beyond. I called to share with the manager the next day and Roxanne was extremely kind and very gracious. We will be back.

I always find shoes I love here. Lots of styles and colors, great clearance section, and if you join you receive lots of discount offers throughout the year.

They have a lot of shoes. A LOT of Shoes. This store like all DSW stores is primary focused on Women's shoes as 7/8th of the store seems to have women's shoes. This is not really a problem for men because like I said they have so many shoes to begin with. I find that I can usually find something that meets my needs.

The sales person brought it to my attention the boots were 40% off!! Great staff, great selection, dyn-o-mite price!! I don't go anywhere else.

Guess if you want just one shoe. This is the place for you. Be careful in the parking lot.

I love their clearance section as someone who wears 12 and 13s its always easy to find a heavily discounted pair of running shoes.

Largest shoe store I know of, which matching selection. Nice large discount section too. And a decent purse and socks section as well. All classy stuff.
