Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

I had new windows put into my house and decided to stain the new frames myself. Huge shoutout to Cassie (I believe?) for helping me get everything I needed, answering my many questions, and mixing a stain that matched the sample I gave her from the old window frames perfectly!

I have been going to the apple valley store for many years and everyone I have had help me has been friendly and knowledgeable. Special shout out to Bill! I had a problem today with a previous paint color that he handled for me. Thanks Bill!

Best paint we have ever used. Over 3/4 of the inside of my house has it on the wall. Beautiful look.

Love their products, especially the Harmony paint. I always put 2 coats on; however, I really could do it in one coat. People are very friendly and knowledgeable. My last visit there was curb side pick up. It was great! Staff still had a smile on their faces. I know i had to call several times, phone was busy. They were great!

Kelly at the Apple Valley store went above and beyond in helping us get primer and paint for our kitchen cabinets. Due to the shortage, it’s been difficult to get the exact primer and paint we wanted. She listened and made a suggestion for alternatives on both. She then snagged two cans of primer from her store for us. She also called the Lakeville SW and had them set aside two gallons of paint. She was wonderfully helpful and I’m very grateful to her for the excellent customer service. Thank you!

I'm going to get the name of the young man next time, I wish I had it to share! Every time I go in there he is so kind and helpful! He's always working hard and quickly for everyone in the place. I always enjoy my experience here!

Good place to go for advice. I always appreciate the time they take to explain things. All the paints I've used have been great--I've used Harmony, Emerald, and Duration. I really appreciate how low voc they are, and how easy it is to live in your home while painting.

Staff were very busy, but made sure to meet my needs and expectations. Had a complicated return and they handled it well! Even made sure I knew of an available discount. Nice work guys!

We visited the Apple Valley Sherwin Williams druing the 40% promotion. They had only (7) of the (8) cans of Emerald Satin Finish paint that we needed. Mo, the Sherwin Williams Associate that helped us out was extremely helpful. While mixing our paint order, he called to another local store and initiated a transfer, which would arrive the following day. As promised, the next day he called us when the order was ready for pick-up. Mo had excellent customer service, which we appreciated.

I do a lot of Sherwin deliveries and the Apple Valley crew rocks. Helpful, efficient and just a pleasant group of people.

Poncho did a great job today matching paint on two different colors. He promptly and closely matched the colors and helped me pick the correct paint to use.

They are very helpful here and the paint is the best quality of them all. This particular is in a horrible location and a little hard to get to however.
