My experience for my first car purchase ever at RB Honda was, I would say indeed memorable and good. Mohamed was the salesperson who helped and guided my mom and I through the process. We were greeted by him when we came in and showed us amazing hospitality immediately. He broke down the options for what was in store for CR-Vs and made all the effort to attempt to get the color I wanted. Which for that alone, I appreciated very much. He answered all of our questions very thoroughly and I could tell he had the best interest for us. I really highly recommend Mohamed for his impeccable customer service, his integrity, his genuineness, and authenticity. Neal was our finance person who helped us with that side of things. I was very relieved with the simplicity of how he would explain different parts when it came down to the finances, and breaking each part down. As a young first time buyer, that calmed a lot of my nerves. Both of these staff members I would highly highly recommend, truly! They were very knowledgeable, and made my first ever car buying process go very smoothly. A big thank you to Mohamed, Neal and RB Honda!!

From start to finish the car buying process was super easy. Alyssa my salesperson gave me no pressure, explained everything, and I never felt I had to purchase additional products or services. In the end after not being able to get the color I wanted, she called me the day before to let me know she could get me the one I wanted! My wife and I recently bought a Honda Odyssey from Richfield Bloomington Honda. We had a very good experience. Christian was our sales associate that put in work. There was no pressure. He answered a ton of questions. He was pulling up cars left and right to help us pinpoint what vehicle would work best for us. We had a trailer hitch installed. Brought back the Honda van a couple weeks later to get the second key programmed and Jose Munoz was also great. Helped answer some technical questions and even complimentary washed our car. My husband and I had a pleasant buying experience at Richfield Bloomington Honda. We worked with Kris and Devon in sales, and Evelyn was our finance manager. Everything was smooth from start to finish. Kris and Devon were both so knowledgeable about the car and explained all the great features about the Odyssey we purchased. Both were friendly and had great customer service skills. We found a couple issues with the vehicle and they had a tech inspect and make the necessary repairs. We were called the next day, as told, and were able to purchase the vehicle. Devon even helped me connect my phone via blue tooth to the stereo system before we left. Kris offered and mounted our plates. Evelyn was very down to earth and well versed in her role. She was thorough and answered all our questions. They really take care of you there and make sure you’re happy with your purchase and the service you receive. I highly recommend this dealership. You won’t be disappointed.

I was recently looking to lease or finance a SUV and booked an appointment online to test drive a CR-V Hybrid. Alyssa Curtis was exceptional to work with and reached out to me to get more details about what I was interested in to better match with their inventory before I stepped foot into the dealership.

The interaction was transparent, realistic, and Alyssa helped with all my questions and working with me the best possible to try and fit within my allotted budget. This was my 1st time at Richfield B. Honda but won't be my last. Everyone I dealt with was courteous. I also like the fact that we can communicate via text messages while waiting and be informed, with pictures, of additional work they recommend doing.

I've never had a bad experience at this dealership. I bought a CR-V there in 2007 and the car was maintained there for 16 years, and just traded in that car for a new one. On my new purchase I worked mostly with Alyssa, who was pleasant, good at answering my questions and stayed in touch about my options and where the car was in the manufacturing process. She was good at explaining some of the features on the new hybrid, too. One of the things I like about this dealership is that they treat women with respect. It wasn't always that way in the car business. I plan to take the new car back to them for maintenance. Good treatment breeds loyal customers.

Alyssa C made it so quick and easy to buy a car, from reaching out via email and keeping us updated through the process to the having all the paperwork ready when we arrived to pick it up a few weeks later. She was kind, friendly, and helpful throughout the process- one of our best car buying experiences.

Your finance manager Neal was also very efficient and didn't try to push any extra add ons/upgrades to the car other than what we wanted. Terrific service. They got my vehicle in on time and finished the oil and transmission fluid changes much earlier than quoted. I was happy to apply my credit money from my prior service work to cover some of the cost.

I worked with Devon to purchase my first new car and he was awesome to work with. As a younger buyer, not all dealerships give you credibility and treat you with the same respect as other buyers, but I didn’t find that to be the case. He was very patient with all of my questions and the dealership was fair in the negotiation process. I’ll definitely start here the next time I’m ready to purchase a car.
