Dukem Restaurant

We were invited to a gathering with some Ethiopian friends and we were not disappointed. The food was just as good as that I had in homes and restaurants in Ethiopia. The space was very nice with large screen tvs around the room. Food was fast and very flavorful. Very authentic and highly recommended. We got the veggie combo and the zilzil tibs. There are other tibs that you could get and the food can easily be shared for one dish for two people. We wanted lots of leftovers and got that.

Dukem continues their legacy and everything is solid. I stopped in for dinner takeout. The customer service was fantastic. I ordered chicken wings, kitfo with injera, and fish key wot. The chicken wings were surprisingly some of the best I’ve had, crispy and juicy. The kitfo was amazing, perfectly seasoned and just the right level of spicy. The fish key wot was also quite good. You get a lot of food for the price so that’s another plus. Great service, food, and atmosphere at Dukem!

Went there yesterday for lunch and had the vegetarian combo. It was delicious!!!! Also tried the two steak options and they were spiced perfectly. Thank you for moving into our neighborhood, Dukem. I will be back and will tell all my neighbors & friends. Oh, almost forgot, be sure to try the tea. It’s fabulous!!!!!

It was my first time here and I had a wonderful experience.Amaizing customer service and the food was absolutely delicious.
I highly recommend this place If you want to have an East Africa experience.

We used to love Ras for family meals and were sorry when they closed down recently. Happy to see they have reopened or opened under new management as DUKEM Restaurant. The food was great, and service was excellent. Like Ras, they no longer have a license to sell alcohol, but they do have great coffee. Highly recommend.

Very tasty food with interesting and bold flavor. Not too spicy hot, but can be ordered with more spice. I'll be back! Great service, explained the dishes to me which I wasn't familiar with.

We had a veggie Combo & Veggie spaghetti on Friday, It was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend 💯.

This has been a go to spot for my family. We get the vegetable sample platter (without fish) and it’s delicious. Highly recommend trying it out.

Nice vibrant place to go out to eat and drink. The Habesha cuisine is excellent and they have a decent selection of beer and liquor. The music tend to get a little bit loud for my taste when dining but it's more of a bar than a restaurant, especially at night so take that into account. Check it out!

Very authentic and reasonably priced Ethiopian food. You can also order the coffee that is served like Turkish coffee.
Veggie combo easily serves 2.

Very nice ladys work there , I recommend the Yegel Tibs with and egg and feta the very best I would drive from MLS just to eat at this Particular one, out of all ,is the best also try the fried fish very good as well
