Staybridge Suites MPLS-Maple Grove/Arbor Lakes

We had a great stay! Room was very clean when we got there and the front desk staff were welcoming and friendly. I would definitely stay again

Really enjoyed our extended weekend stay here for a family event. The hotel was being remodeled, but the staff was very friendly and the noise and mess, if any, were all kept away from us. Breakfast area made for a great meeting spot for everyone, and there is every dining option you'll ever need within a short distance. I really appreciated the EV chargers and signage. This is such an awesome amenity and it was the reason I picked this hotel. Will stay again when we come back.

Staff are extremely friendly! We immediately felt welcome and they were able to joke around with us which was a plus! Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast had so many options, very clean and organized. We will be staying again at this hotel! For the price, you are around so many dining options and it’s in a great area.

Lovely stay for us in a last minute emergency situation. Staff was all excellent. If we had any questions or requests they were quick to respond. Room was clean and welcoming. Access to washing machines was a blessing for us when stranded longer than intended. Location was fantastic and walking distance to anything you could need. Common areas were also very nice.

Updated lobby with fireplace and lots of tables and chairs to relax in. Had a birthday get together and used part of this area. Staff were very friendly. Nice complimentary breakfast. Pool was heated. Nice size hot tub, although it needed a little fixing as some jets didn't work. Also dog friendly! Room nice and had a kitchen. Had a basic suite. Not large but nice.

Quite nice, tucked on the west end of the Shops at Arbor Lakes. We rented a small suite, bed, pull out couch with kitchen. Breakfast is provided and is well appointed, not the same old same old. The dining and sitting room are very comfortable, there is outdoor seating and grilling areas, an indoor pool with jacuzzi. I do recommend and we will come again. I wish we'd booked another day.

Very nice staff and the rooms were nice and clean. We really enjoyed the outdoor areas and were very happy to be able to use their grills. This seems like an odd detail but they have a little convience area with some food and drinks as most hotels do. The nice part of that is that the prices were not outrageous. The prices were right in line with a regular convenience store. Thank you! We will be back.

I love this hotel. This was our second visit, the suites are perfect for our family of 6. The full kitchen allows us to save on eating expenses. The rooms are clean, the kids love the pool, and the breakfast has enough options for everyone to find something they enjoy.

Room is perfect, and clean love the way the bathroom is set up with Organic soaps, conditioner, and body wash. The room had Reg/Decaf tea & coffee. Dishwasher pots pans, full size fridge and freezer. I will definitely book here again!

We were getting married and used this hotel for our wedding guests. Almost 80 guests stayed here, and NOT ONE COMPLAINT! The front desk staff was amazingly helpful and friendly, the rooms were gorgeous, housekeeping did a great job, the lobby was spacious and welcoming, and there was a beautiful courtyard with grills as well. We were planning to use the courtyard for a rehearsal dinner BBQ, but weather didn't permit. We set up in the lobby, which was perfect. Everyone loved it, and there was enough space for the entire group. The beautiful fireplace set the mood, and we were thrilled. Every guest signed up for the rewards card! The staff of this hotel went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us. We are so grateful!

This wonderful suites are across from a mall and close to gas stations and restaurants as well. They offer breakfast every morning and dinner Monday through Wednesday. I personally love that they have an indoor pool and hot tub. All doors are handicap accessible and pets are welcome. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I am disabled and require the use of a cane and sometimes a wheelchair and I am impressed with how many of the staff has helped me carry things to my room, open doors for me, help me carry drinks, ect. We will definitely use this same location on future visits. If you're visiting the area I recommend staying at this Staybridge Suites.

We stayed at the Staybridge Suites while our house was being built, we love that it is pet friendly. The additional amenities including pool, hot tub, exercise room, breakfast in morning and dinner/drinks 3 nights a week make it worth spending the extra money over an extended stay. Weekday guests are typically local business people visiting for meetings or training, the weekends draws a little different crowd but the staff does a good job keeping the place up. Everyone has been very friendly during our visit, and we haven't had any issues. Only thing I could ask for is faster internet, it can be slow when everyone is on at the same time in evenings but that could be said about any hotel

Excellent customer service! They went above and beyond to accommodate to our unique situation - last night wedding on a Saturday, with and early check in, then an early breakfast before a triathlon the following morning, requiring a late check out. Also amenities did not lack and room quality was top notch.

Clean hotel close to lots of shopping. The complimentary breakfast was really good. DIY Belgian waffles, yogurt bar, cereal bar, eggs, bacon and lots of fruit, bread and snacks. Rooms have a full size fridge with a mini kitchen so they are good for a longer stay.

Room was absolutely awesome. Breakfast is always great. Lots to do in the area. Amy at the front desk was so accommodating and helpful. She rocks!

Room was clean. Covid recommendations being followed. Front desk staff friendly and accommodating.
Pool rules slightly confusing. No staff was checking pool for compliance of time limits of swimmers or stocking pool towels during my time at poolside.

Terrific place to stay. Felt like being home away from home! Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous and I loved the pillows.
