David is one of the most honest people that I’ve ever met. I can get anxious and indecisive when making purchases but David was calm and patient with me. Although his department was shoes (which he helped and gave great suggestions on) he helped me with his opinion on the size of the overcoat I was trying on. My experience with Sal (who’s in the suit department) was alright but I felt rushed/like another number compared to my experience dealing with David. I ended up buying my suits with Sal and opened up a Macys card to save 25%. I went to go get my shoes from David. Come to find out, I wasn’t explained that I could only save up to $100 by opening a new card (Sal didn’t say there was a limit on savings) David was very thorough and gave me info about my new card that I just opened with Sal (which I wasn’t even given the brochure from Sal). I wish I would’ve opened my card with David so he could receive whatever incentive the employees receive.

I felt bad leaving but I want to give a huge thanks to DAVID! We need more people like you in this world!

Macy’s is a nice place to shop online. Great quality products, large selection and variety, prompt shipping, and easy site to navigate online. Shows colors, sizes, detailed descriptions of products, and ability to compile lists online of merchandise you see that can be saved for later when you decide to make final purchasing decisions.

I bought a nice crystal punch bowl, beautiful crystal wine and champagne glasses, even though I rarely drink, two flower vases, and a beautiful white Christmas tree that was a breeze to assemble.

Nice to add beauty to my new lake home during the Christmas season of joy, reflection, and gratitude.

I was in the makeup department and had the good fortune to meet Edward on his first day there. I got such devoted and exemplary service. It was like another time. For those who remember, like Daytons in their heyday. I was delighted with the high level of service. Not what you often get anywhere these days. I will go back and always search for Edward to help me. I recommend you do the same!

Dajia within MAC was and is amazing, wish I could take her with me everytime I needed my makeup done. She is flexi le and the store ona Saturday on has her there and she maintained great professionalism with doing my make up and people purchasing material. She is great at her craft! Thats why I went back to make another purchase of some of the products she used.

I was having a hard time ordering a hat on their online app so I went to the Ridgedale Store. It took me a bit to find the Customer Service Area because it was under construction. The gentleman the helped me was awesome. He was pretty young but he knew his stuff. I was anxious to order this hat because of the sale. He fixed it so the order would still be shipped directly to my house. I not only got a great deal I got free shipping. It was so well worth driving to the store!!

Ginny Mahigan our fine jewelry colleague, was the most helpful patient and wonderful person we worked with in a long time.. If you are looking for something special I would say to go to her first then shop around! She is a very nice lady and very helpful!! Thank You Ginny for making a ordinary day, AMAZING!! Had the BEST experience suit shopping with my boyfriend. Ask for Margo - she's incredible! She told him his size just by looking at him! Then she helped us decide which fit him best of suits we liked best.

Hard to find service like that anywhere these days. Margo deserves a raise and major recognition from leadership for the outstanding work she does! I'd never shop anywhere else if i could count on help and expertise like hers!

Also will add i saw a tidy team come through our dressing room twice in the 90 minutes we were there to clear out and rehang items left behind by customers. Impressed to have such regular cleaning - sure makes for a nicer experience.

Our favorite visit to the store every time for any dress or Swarovski jewels. They have good collections of dresses and jackets. Shoes don’t have big collection here. Their cafe is okie. Their make up collection was really good. They have MAC make-up division. Clearance section was always a must visit for dresses here.
