Water Heaters Now!

Like others, they do water replacement estimates over the phone, but they sell the brand we wanted (Rheem), the intake person answered all my questions, and was up front about the possible need for additonal work to compliance with changes to city building codes. No surprises. The installation guy did good work. No complaints at all. Super fast. I called in the morning and they installed it that same day. I would not hesitate to hire Water Heaters Now again.

If you need a new water heater, look no further. We noticed that our old water heater started leaking late on Friday afternoon. My husband called Nate and by 10 am on Saturday morning (20 hours later), we have a new water heater installed. Aidan was extremely professional and courteous, taking care to lay down drop cloths and wearing shoe covers through our carpeted lower level. He was efficient and thorough in explaining the temperature control, flushing process, and even gave us a science lesson on electrolysis to help explain why the anode rod has to be changed every 3 years. Water Heaters Now follows up via email with a YouTube video that explains how to do the flushing process if you choose to do it yourself. Aidan also made us aware that Water Heaters Now coordinates with the City Inspector to arrange an inspection at the customer's convenience. This ensures that their work is certified to city code. And, as a thank you for being a customer, we received an insulated tumbler. I usually get anxious when service people show up to do work in our house, but I was completely at ease and happy with this smooth transaction.

Initially met them at one of the trade shows at US Bank. Nate was incredibly friendly and did not push anything on me. Provided a great quote that wasn’t trying to fleece us. Able to get it installed next day and Bruce, the installer was incredibly friendly and so personable. Made the experience not a pain in the rear. Highly recommend them over others.

My old water heater failed late in the afternoon of the Friday before Memorial Day, but Water Heaters Now was able to get a replacement installed within 24 hours for what I think was a fair price. Jon talked me through everything very nicely, too.

This company is the best! A few weeks ago my 91 year old grandmother said her water had a leak, it was over 11 years old so I knew it had to be replaced ASAP and these guys were very responsive! I was kept in the loop as to what was going on throughout the whole process and they worked very well with a very hard of hearing and potentially difficult lady. A great experience in a trying time for sure!

Jake and Aidan were prompt, knowledgeable and never took a break till the installation was complete and the worksite cleaned. They made sure I understood the intricacies of the devices and the schedule with which they are to be maintained and serviced. All paperwork was finalized and a firm handshake ensures that they may be tapped with any concerns or follow-up. Truly appreciated the entire experience.

This was the most painless home repair project we've had done to date. I worked with Nate on the phone to determine options- he was absolutely fantastic with zero pressure or sales pitch. He answered exactly 1 million of my questions. Then upon our agreement to move forward- he scheduled it for the next morning at 7:30am. Wow, I was impressed from the moment I contacted them. Their pricing was excellent and they carried the Rheem brand of water heater that I preferred. They arrived within two hours of first contacting them and Paul was very courteous and careful about protecting the new carpet I just installed last month.
He did an excellent job, cleaned up after himself and the final charge was exactly what they quoted me over the phone!

I had an excellent service experience using Water Heaters Now. From a couple of photos, I was provided a cost estimate over the phone. Nate was very knowledgeable in recommending a Rinnai tankless water heater. Installation was scheduled next day and Jake did an excellent job, and went out of his way to ensure the routing of new piping was professionally done.

Our 20+ year old water heater went out on us Monday, a holiday. As it was not an emergency, we used HomeAdvisor to seek quotes on Tuesday morning from various contractors.
The first call we promptly received was from Water Heaters Now. We had never heard of it.
Quella was great! She was very friendly and asked the right questions to ensure that we would receive exactly what we wanted/needed and expected. She gave us a quote that was very reasonable based on my research and it included everything---water heater, installation costs, city permit, and haul away of our old water heater AND it would be done that day with the installer arriving within a specified time period.
The Water Heaters Now team lived up to their promises. We are VERY happy with the service we received and highly recommend them.

My water tank was 24 years old and after a family member's tank started leaking, I decided to get mine replaced. Nate was informative and transparent on my options. Aiden did an excellent job and hot the job done quickly. They got me in right away the next day. Between the two, I know a lot more now about water tanks than I did before. I normally don’t write but in this case I have to. Jake and Aidan are amazing. I just bought a townhouse and needed an new water heater. I looked at a lot of different companies to have one installed. Unfortunately I had no luck until I spoke with Jon over the phone and immediately realize I had the right spot. The initial spot for the water heater was going didn’t really work and we were able to relocate it to the opposite side of the room and it works great.
