Beautiful look into the nyc skyline! The matcha flavor could be a little more flavorful in their brown sugar matcha latte but it is delicious otherwise. However the actual boba from this place is some of the best I have ever had! Soft but chewy, sweet but not overpowering it matches each drink perfect! The servers were really nice! I also really liked the cheese foam, because it the first I ever tried that didn’t taste like frothed salt! Scrumptious and worth it! Stop by and give it a try!

Friendly staff. Never knew cream cheese would actually be a great topping. My drink literally tastes like strawberry cheesecake!!

First time here and the workers were so welcoming. The vibes and scenery of New York were just everything I needed for my lunch break. Definitely recommend stopping by

Had the LOVE drink & crepe cake, both were delicious. The drink had cream cheese, milk & strawberry and that was a nice combo to try out. Slice of the crepe cake was not overwhelmingly sweet but genuinely a good snack to go with the drink. Would definitely recommend!

If it weren't for the location and views, this would be just another bubble tea location. That isn't to say that their selection of drinks aren't delicious, because they absolutely are, but the staff can sometimes be a bit abrupt, and the bathroom should be a lot cleaner (it is sometimes unbearable and does not present this beautiful location very well.

Despite this, drinks are great, there's a photo booth for a little fun, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the seating is spacious and comfortable. Taking pictures outside near the river overlooking Manhattan is what everyone will enjoy.

I always get a brown sugar boba with less sugar and less ice. It’s not too sweet and the pearls are good quality! I am never disappointed when I order a drink here!

Super amazing bubble tea! We actually went back again after the first visit because it was that good. We got the jasmine milk tea (twice!) and their signature cheese foam drink. The servers were really nice and the cafe itself was beautiful.

Yummy drinks! And great vibes and many photo-ops! The barista is also very friendly. My mom and I got the Kiss Me Lemonade and Donchon. Would recommend both. The Kiss Me Lemonade (peach + lemonade) has peach slices in it and tastes like they use real lemonade. The Donchon is also a good choice; the bubbles are soft and tasty.

Amazing. I’ve had hundreds of boba drinks at countless different places and this is my favorite one that I’ve been to. The drinks are good, the boba is sweet and has perfect texture, and the environment is beautiful.
My family tried five drinks that are pictured, and three others… all were good.

Highly recommend the Ceylon black milk tea, the boba adds just the right amount of sweetness and the tea flavor is great.
We also tried the Brown Sugar Milk Tea(pretty sweet but tea flavor is there), the Don-Chan(also very sweet, but caramel flavored and yummy), Ama-Chan(cheese cream is not very sweet, I’d recommend 100% sugar), Take-Chan, Golden Feather, and some strawberry milk drink(tasted like ice cream).

Prices were great too, about $5 a drink I was very impressed. Overall would definitely go back and highly recommend.

My friends and I got the number one Don-chan, matcha brown sugar, and regular brown sugar. It was so good. It was my first experience drinking cheese cream and I don't regret picking Ümacha as my first place to try it!!

I bring everyone I know here because it’s an experience. Relaxed vibes, delicious bubble tea (and so many other types of beverages), snacks and cakes. Located right on the Hudson, the views are incredible and tranquil. Everyone is really nice.

I’ve been here a couple times and I’d say it’s one of if not the best boba place I’ve been to. The boba itself it’s fresh and chewy and their tea and ingredients is top tier. Definitely come here if you’re in the area. 👍

Fantastic view and great tea! They don’t have too many options. A good variety for what they have though. Iced, warm, or hot teas. Some with boba, some without. Fruit teas, milk teas, lattes, etc. We tried the jasmine milk tea with boba and the brown sugar matcha milk tea. Both were very tasty and I recommend a try. The view from inside, as well as the outdoors seating area is beautiful.

I ordered brown sugar milk tea, and it was good! It's behind Mitsuwa, and you can enjoy the tea with the NYC view here. I will be back.

The menu is very small and simple but the boba is very fresh! Really fancy looking inside and they have a gorgeous outside seating area with a breathtaking view of Manhattan across the water. Very picturesque and romantic

the employees here are absolute sweethearts. if you’re having difficulties they’ll recommend a drink based off of your preference.

both drinks had SOOOO many toppings. Flavor is immaculate & the boba pearls are soft + the cheese foam elevates the flavor so much.

Atmosphere is so bougie & u get a beautiful view of the NYC skyline. Parking can get difficult if you’re going on the weekends. Def recommend coming!

Drinks were very refreshing and good. I tried the Passion Fruit Lemonade, the Don Cha with almond Milk and The mango slush. My favorite was the passion fruit lemonade. The staff was friendly, took their time explaining the drinks and the outside area had a great view. Paid $25 for 4 drinks , not bad. I will be back.

I usually only do 1 stars but this place has been so consistently good it is a well deserved 5 star. Today I went with the Ceylon Black Milk Tea with less sweetness and it just slaps. The Umacha team works so fast and is always hospitable regardless of the line; amazing!

This is the best bubble tea in NJ. The pearls here have the best texture I’ve experienced, and the brown sugar milk tea is the tastiest!
