Absolutely amazing service from the store manager Sharisse she was so patient and helpful she walked me through a few different unit sizes until I found one that best fit my needs

Today, I spoke with Jessica a customer service rep. Jessica went above and beyond to resolve my issue. Besides being knowledgeable, she was very friendly and made me smile. Thank you Jessica, more customer service reps should be like you :)

Manhattan Mini Storage, Jamaica Ave location has the best, most considerate employees. Sharisse definitely went above and beyond to assist me, although I arrived a few minutes after their closing time. She was also very informative and patient as we toured 4 different units, until I found one that suited all my desires. I highly recommend her being your go to girl there. Sharisse is amazing!

I can in and need a storage unit and the gentleman Verace was very helpful and professional, he explained everything to me and was very thorough if you ever need storage I recommend this location the facility is very clean smells good and your items are safe, it's like fort knocks
