I find nice things here.

I got some stuff and one of things didn't come with a wheel after I opened the box! I called the lady to see if there was a solution we can come up with, so both of us could be happy, but she was screaming on the phone instead of handling it professionally and claimed that I was screaming on the phone and on top of that she hung up right away. I even asked to speak to the manager nicely and see if there's something that can be done. Beware if you do get anything, and open it in the store if possible. They aren't willing to help you even if you ask nicely. I have been to other thrift shops and no one has ever treated me like this!
