Holiday Inn Express & Suites West Point-Fort Montgomery, an IHG Hotel

Though only one person managing the whole 1st floor. Service is immediate, professional and with courtesy. I would say first class service. Room is clean, spacious. Bathroom is clean. Bathroom flush is strong. Drain well like new. Lots of cable channels. Swimming pool, sauna are clean. Pleasant and comfortable place for good R&R. Rejuvenate.

Location is great for outdoor activities, seeing historic sites and getting away from the busy city life. Hotel staff were polite and attentive, and very accommodating for my needs. I will definitely be returning for any future stays in this area.

I want to start off by saying this hotel has been through a lot this year. I remember staying here prior the flood that happened in the area while they were still renovating and its looking really good!. So excited to see how these rooms are gonna look next year. Definitely check out their indoor pool, the bathroom looks fantastic also. Very nice staff as well :) you can tell they are trying their best keeping up with everything going on around them and are willing to help with anything that comes up.

Top tier hotel experience, everything from the rooms to the staff and even the breakfast options were esteemed. Definitely made my stay a relaxing one. Would visit again and highly recommend it to everyone!

We are currently staying here to attend the West Point graduation. Our group has seven rooms. The hotel is in a great location for West Point events. The hotel is undergoing a major renovation, but they are doing it in stages to reduce interruptions to guests.

The hotel is well managed with friendly and efficient employees. The front desk manager is very friendly and welcoming. The hotel put out a welcome spread of food on a decorated for a few days in honor of the upcoming graduation.

The hotel has plenty of parking and there are a few restaurants near by. I recommend this place for anyone needing a clean and convenient place near West Point.

The location of the hotel was prefect for visiting West Point Academy, Woodbury Outlet, Storm King Art Center. The hotel room was surprisingly spacious. Every staff we encountered was friendly, greeting with smiles. Hot breakfast was offered including hot coffee, sausages and egg & cheese omelette. Breakfast was served by hotel staff to avoid being touched by individual customer, which I believe it’s the best way to keep everyone safe. The only thing I think could be improved was the air conditioner. It was loud. I had to turn it off at night.

Amazing customer service! Hotel was clean. Comfy beds. Great location for those needing to visit WestPoint. Stephanie was very helpful with our reservations. Lynette was super sweet and helped us tremendously! The staff and management were very welcoming and accommodating.

Very clean and nice. The bed is really comfortable and the customer service is awesome. Amanda at the front desk was super helpful. She is very patient and has great customer service skills. She gave us an access to the pool when the cancellation came in because of limited access during the covid 19. I highly recommend this place!
