I have been a patient of Dr Pisati for over 20 years and she is the best takes very good care of me and all my medical needs

She saved me from the ammonia mercy didn't even catch that my lung was making cracking noises and they did a x ray

I want to say that she is a good doctor but something is going on with her staff, either they aren't giving her the messages patient's leave or she doesn't care like she used to. Every month my wife runs out of medicine for 2 to 4 days because of problems on their end responding to messages. They either don't care or are spiteful people if you bring up their inefficiency, I can't figure it out.

Don’t say you’re accepting new patients then put someone on hold for 10 minutes only to come back on the line to disconnect

I go to the doctors I schedule my rides in advance online and they take me to the doctors at 10 AM that they can’t come pick me up till 2 PM why it takes them 2 to 4 hours to come back and get me when I’m done in 30 minutes it’s a horrible place to get a ride from I wish to God I had a car I would never ever use them
