I had a cable machine in my home gym that needed a new cable made, took the broken one to Small's and had a new cable ready to go the same day.

Discovered this place when I was looking for Benjamin Moore paint. They are super nice and helpful. I will be back when I start a new project.n

Small's Hardware is an amazing hardware store in Cheviot. 🥇You can get almost anything there. Tools, Lawn Care items, even keys made. The associate Sarah 🥰was very personable, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. 💯 she knew 🤔exactly what i needed and how to apply it. She was able to give me step by step instructions. I'm so grateful🙏🏽 I stop there first. 🎯Small's Hardware has just gained a lifetime customer.💯 I will definitely shop here again and tell my friends and family.❤💯 thanks Sarah for making my Smalls Hardware experience a great one

The staff greeting me the moment I came in and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The prices were comparable to Home Depot and I saved a lot of time and hastle by just being able to pop in and out and not wait in a long line. I will definitely be back.

I'm not sure on the why and how, but this store used to be Small's, and then was Wood's, and now is Small's again. It's been around a lot longer than the Google reviews would have you believe.

i have lived on the westside for quite a few years. i had never been to Small's true value hardware store ever. i went to make duplicate keys for my car. ive locked myself out twice and thank God for Green Township Police Department. i also needed a 10 mm socket. who doesnt. and had no idea there was a whole nother store upstairs. friendly guys working. took care of me fast. stress free. i told them i had never been in and he asked where i was shopping. since i worked for home depot i usually go there. he shrugged it off but as i was leaving i told them they had my business from now on. if you need it, they got it.

It all ways smells like fresh popcorn when you walk in they sell fresh popcorn and when you walk in the door and they are not helping any one they will ask what your looking for and if you tell them they will take you right to it and ask of you have all the proper tools and will take you to the tools you need and ask if you have any questions about what your getting they try to help the best they can if you live close by and need home improvement or gardening stuff stop in and get what you need for a small business there prices and also great some items are cheaper then big box company's

Was asked if I needed help as soon as I walked through the door. Then while browsing was asked by a different employee if I needed help again! It was awesome! Great project advice and great selection of products!

Bob helped me out in a very friendly and knowledgeable manner. He answered all my questions knew where everything was. He deserves a beer a raise and a vacation.

Old Hardware services, still has special bolts ,rivets, retainer rings ,also sharpens saw and lawn mower blades ,has plumbing supplies and electrical.
