These guys are the best in town! Awesome selection of games, systems, and music to choose from. They buy games and systems at a reasonable price. Very knowledgable about all things game related. Top notch service. And they're pretty to look at. ;)

Thanks fellas, always a great experience.

I came here to sell my old Nintendo 3DS console and games. The staff were very helpful and friendly and reasonable with their prices. I definitely recommend shopping here if you’re looking for any classic or modern video game!

My husband and I heard about Game N Groove a little while ago and wanted to stop in to see if they could test a Game Boy Advance game for us that we found in storage. We were helped by a friendly employee named Max who tested it, found it worked, and eventually offered us cash and/or store credit for it. The store is a lot larger than it appears on the outside; built in what used to be a home, each "room" is dedicated to a handful of media types. One room is dedicated to more modern games, from the PSP/Vita/DS handheld titles to Xbox 360/PlayStation 2/GameCube and up. Another room has retro games and systems from the Atari to Sega Genesis. All consoles come with one controller and all necessary wires.

Game N Groove has much more than games. There is an entire room dedicated to movies, including a healthy selection of anime and foreign films, and movies on VHS. We also found a good selection of vinyl music. There is an arcade machine in the movie room that is playable, as well as a Super Nintendo hooked up and ready to play. They also have some memorabilia. In short, if you like media of any kind, Game N Groove is worth a look.

I should also mention that the prices here are great. There was a particular game I remember seeing on Amazon for close to $30, while Game N Groove had it for $19. There are some Xbox One titles for under $10. That Game Boy Advance game I mentioned? We were offered $16 cash or $24 credit. Far better prices and selection than comparable stores (i.e. GameStop), and Game N Groove also offers far more generations of consoles and games. Game N Groove also offers repair services for consoles and takes consoles for parts.

Lastly, when I asked for Max's name he introduced himself and we shook hands, before he did the same with my husband. I was really surprised by his courtesy and friendliness, and he also has great taste in games (at one point we had a conversation about the PS2 classic Shadow of the Colossus). Another man was working there (heavily tattooed) that we didn't get the name of, but he was super friendly as well and had a great sense of humor. This is just overall a great place staffed by great people I can see myself hanging out with. We are lucky to have such a cool local game store like this on the west side of Cincinnati, and I highly recommend you check it out. We will be back.

Amazing selection of all games and all things retro. Great music and movie selection too. The staff is great and funny. Love the atmosphere. Prices are extremely reasonable and the staff is super knowledgeable. DORA friendly, so you can even have a brew and shop. Grew up in the 80's and this place is like the best parts of my childhood. Always a great experience in going here....you gotta check this place out. Totally worth stopping by. Highly recommended. Can't say enough good things about them. A plus

I've never had a bad experience while shopping at this place. I always get lucky finding throwback movies, music and video games at a reasonable price. I remember one of the gentlemen who used to worked at CD Game Exchange in Clifton and Norwood always treated me with respect. I will continue to support your business.

This is Edward, I just had recently experience with them and we saved at least 100 dollars compared to the ebay prices for these games. I would definitely recommend this store as it is very versatile. Also, the employees or owners are extremely friendly and will kindly talk to you about video games, and if the game is dirty/scratched they make sure that it is cleaned for the best quality possible for the price point. This shop needs more attention, keep it up!

Called looking for an Xbox one they had a limited edition blue Xbox one s available. They were able to put it on hold so I could come and get it the next day and the guy at the front desk when we arrived was very helpful and even threw in a free sticker. 10/10 would definitely come back.

I've been here about 4 times now. What a great curated selection of everything! You don't often realize the value of nostalgia until its staring you in the face. They have Blu-rays, box sets, next-gen Video Games, display stuff from the 80's through the 10's, old figures and guides, and one of the selections of vintage games ive seen at a shop of this size. It takes me back to some of the fonder parts of my childhood and that's a genuinely beautiful thing. I recently went to return something that was way outside of their 7 day return window. He informed me that if you purchase something that isn't functioning and you don't live close, just call within a week and you can return it the next time you come in without issue. He gave me a discount anyways and I picked up a couple new games for way less than most places are charging these days. Don't sleep on this place, folks. Also, if you're out an about in the evening, check out Wondercade next door. Love to see places like this in the area.

Kelon and Max are super guys. Extremely knowledgeable and customer service is impeccable. These guys went above and beyond despite having to deal with storm damage to the building. I could spend hours just browsing the inventory. Cannot recommend enough

Can’t say enough good about this store. They have a great selection of vintage and new media. Both of the owners are great, down to earth people that have great senses of humor and are fun to do business with.

They always give fair prices on trades and are happy to help you out. I would highly recommend this store to anyone. I wish it was closer to where I lived. Bonus is that there is an arcade next door as well!

Loved this place, huge movie and game selection. The staff was very friendly as well. I could spend hours in here if I wasn't just visiting Cincy for a minute. The Free Blockbuster out front was empty but I filled it up for other people to enjoy. Such a cool idea.

Nice place to browse around. Max is a cool guy and we had shared our experiences with gaming. I recommend coming here. The selling price are fair and much better than the big name game stores. Thank you Max for your help.
