Idk why this place such a low rate but amazing team. They take walk ins as well but you just have to go little earlier. You do wait on line for a bit but once you get inside there is different atmosphere. Many dental offices refused to do extraction for my #18 tooth due to my insurance plan and asked me to pay out of pocket just to make extra money and I was in pain for a week. This is the only place that welcomed me warm. They do accept Denta Quest insurance. Just show up in the morning if you don’t want to wait!! Thank you everyone who helped me!

I don’t understand why this place has such bad reviews, this dental office has to be the Best BEST BEST dental office here in queens.

Yes,it takes time to get an appointment but that just shows you that a lot of people come here since they are so good!

I came here before COVID even started, they did have some phone issues during that time of COVID but it’s reasonable….since no one expected a pandemic to even happen.🥲.

I been to other dentists in queens and each and every one of them has been horrible. New York Hospital of Queens Dental it’s just great, they have the ABSOLUTE BEST WORKERS. I can’t mention just one person because they are all so great, so informative, explain everything well when you ask questions, they listen to you, they take care of your needs, they assist you in every way that they can, they make you feel comfortable, they even make you laugh with little side jokes lol

If you have pain in any way the best thing to do is to go to the office and see if your situation can get fixed. Please stop writing bad reviews over something that YOUR OWN SELF should be taking care of.

With that being said I would recommend this office to anyone, my own family, even my own child. Thank you New York Presbyterian Dental Of Queens for all your help. Keep up the good work.

Yes, it is true. You do wait for a long while before you actually see someone. But the reason I love coming here is because each of my appointments the person i was seeing sat with me and went over EVERYTHING and thoroughly answered ALL my questions. They mad sure that coming to the dentist is something you do not put off all while coming off generously. How many dentists can you say do that?

The experiences that I’ve had, have been great.
30 mins is the most I’ve waited and that was only one time. Everyone in their staff are very polite and friendly. If you have a hard time getting an appointment it’s because they’re that good.

My parents have had services at this location for years. No complaints so far.

Nobody ever answers the phone in this office. The voice mail asks you to leave a message with your name and phone number and they will get back to you. However, no one ever does. I do not think the listen to the voice messages.

I have called different times of the day and different weeks and literally no one person answers the phone. I use to love this place but there's no answering machine or call back feature and absolutely NO ONE picks up the phone. I wonder if people ven work here? If so can I get hired to do absolutely nothing and get paid? I mean how busy can they be? There's no connection on the portal to make an appointment.

Why how can we bring this to someone attention? This is ridiculous!

This is Horrible. They can NEVER pick up their phone to explain your situation or even to schedule an appointment and they DO NOT pay your pharmacy to get your medication.
The way they conduct their business is literally unacceptable…

Run! Don’t come here. I took off on a weekday from work to get my tooth extracted. Appointment for 10am. I arrived and checked in 9:55am. I waited in the dentist chair fOr a while and went to sleep with the little bib on waiting on the dentist. At 10:55am a women come up to me and ask if I’m ok then proceed to tell me. Unfortunately the 2 surgeons that are here are busy with another case n I can’t be seen today. Mind you it was the same lady who scheduled my dentist appointment who suggested I come on a weekday in the morning and I will definitely be seen. Please save your time. This place is very unprofessional and I know they will charge my insurance and act like I was seen. RUN!!!! This place is terrible.

If your insurance is assigns you to come to this place for an endo procedure, don't waste your time. Insurance provided me this office to do my root canal with Dr. Scott Svetcov, called them up after reaching the voicemail a number of times for them to schedule me a month later. The highly anticipated date finally arrives, they spend over two hours attempting to find my name under the insurance while being told they can't do my root canal. Only one woman was committed to helping me, Yessenia. She's an office assistant I assume. She was making sure she'll find me in the system, unlike the other lady behind her who gave up after trying a few times. After they find my insurance, I see the doctor (not the doctor I was assigned to). She tells me they are unable to do a root canal because they prioritize their returning customers and only provide the procedure to them as they receive limited supply. Now...... why are you telling ME this? Maybe communicate this with the insurance so they would stop offering this office for people??????! I waited a month as my tooth gradually worsens for them to tell me they're unable to do the service. She then referred me to three other locations. I'm not sure what her name was but she was a youthful, asian woman who's empathetic and sweet. Office needs to learn how to communicate and stop wasting people's time and messing with their health.

No one EVER answers the phone. Forcing me to see a private dentist as per the advice of one of the dentist. A terrible way to do business. They look down upon you. The older gentleman who oversees the work was a very professional dentist and he should leave there. Terrible experience after waiting six weeks for an appointment. If I only knew…….👎😠

We came here for a simple cleaning. First appointment, they only did an exam and we were told to come back for the cleaning, that was fine. We were given a month before the next appointment. Then we came back for the second appointment, it was scheduled for 9am, we came at 8:25am. After waiting for the longest time we were seen at 9:40am only to be asked for a medical clearance????What? They never told us to bring any medical clearance the first time! The resident, insisted they cannot do any cleaning before they get a clearance from the primary doctor!??? We reasoned out with them only to be told that, '....You are not a doctor(!)....!' This is just a simple cleaning ladies and gentlemen!!!? What kind of reasoning is that? I'm sorry, but we're not going back to this place. And to the chairman of the Dental Department, if you are reading this, please professionalize your appointment process and send everybody to some empathy training---that is on-going in the hospital. I mean everybody from dentists, technicians etc. and please upgrade your equipment.

This place needs to shut down honestly. The reviews speak for itself, avoid this place at all costs. They don't have anybody answering the phone to make appointments when it says they are open. Even if i were to get connected to a person i know that my appointment would be in about 4 to 6 months. Mind you all this trouble to be seen by a learning student. The real doctor doesnt even really see you. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Making an appointment there and waiting inside the hospital is already dreadful and a long process but what really blew me off was the attending doctor that we saw. Dr Kashani was very rude and unprofessional. My dad saw him at the Queens Hospital and he has horrible bedside manners. He doesn't even introduce himself nor was polite. He definitely looked like he didn't want to be there. He didnt even look at my dad nor myself when asking questions. He was sitting on his chair like he was in his living room. I am not sure why a doctor that doesnt even want to help a patient comes to work at a community hospital. The hospital should not hire doctors like this. It's a shame.

Never do orthodontics here. REMEMBER! This is a teaching place, so dentists who need training see patients. Of course, Attending sees me very short time if the training dentist calls. You will be a lab mice. Every time I went and checked my teeth, another doctor came and gave me a different opinion, so I was really confused.Of course, there is a professional orthodontist. Only one person. Remember. The orthodontist never does anything else. It's all about braces and changing rubber bands. All other work had to be done again with the appointment of a general dentist, which continued for more than two years back and forth. My teeth have not changed or progressed at all. After two years, when paying the treatment fee completely, the orthodontist said, "I don't think there will be any more benefits for you, so let's take out the braces," and made a retainer to finish my correction. The metal part of the retiner itself makes the teeth wider apart, so the teeths are getting more awkward bite pattern, so I make a grinding sound every time I chew something. What on earth was my time, cost, and hardship for over two years? I hope you never waste your time and money in this ridiculous place.

Was not forthcoming about $50. charge for a telehealth appointment that must precede an in person appointment. 15 minutes before the scheduled telehealth appointment, someone calls to tell me I must pay this $50 fee or not be seen in person. In pain and wasted precious time when someone could have revealed that when I called many days earlier.
