Update: Staff called me and was helpful with offering me a new unit and getting my belongings moved. I was also advised that they do have an exterminator that comes regularly. Was pleased with customer service! Thanks Roman!

I had a emergency and had to move quickly.
She was very helpful explained the sizes of the units . The facility itself is very clean and safe. I feel confident that my most cherished items are safe and sound. When I went in to make my payment (which was late ) she even waived the late fee. She remembered my name. I would definitely recommend.👍🏼👍🏼
