A well run operation to say the least. Devilishly handsome employees consistently sporting warm smiles brightens my day right up! I'm more excited to receive my package so I can be blessed by the workers great attitudes than actually receiving my packages. 5/5; would recommend to anyone looking to ship, receive, or just enjoy some excellent conversation.

The process is very good there as far as I can see. You get an email when you get a letter or package (when you're a student at least) and then you just come onto the line and swipe your card and you get it.

Very smooth operation, as far as getting thousands of college students there mail. I just wish they had longer hours of operation. Its so hard to get my packages when they close at 4pm, and don't operate on Saturdays.

So slow to sort packages. Extremely inconvenient opening times. Sometimes I don't get packages until one or two days after they're delivered.

The hours they have posted don't mean anything. Their workers just don't show up sometimes. Also, there are only a few specific employees who are authorized to sell or ship anything. If they don't decide to come into work, you're out of luck even if there are other people working.

I had something mistakenly mailed here instead of my home address, and they have policies in place meant to help people in my position. My package was lost entirely, and the person on the phone was acting annoyed with me about it when I was just trying to get ahold of my belongings.

Typically understaffed. Packages arrive but you can't claim them until they input it into their system which takes hours or a day, possibly longer.
