Wonderful and helpful staff who made it easy to get settled into the storage unit. When another customer took up a whole aisle that blocked access to the unit, they came up to help and sorted things in an efficient manner. Very satisfied with their customer service and experience.

When I first went to Cubesmart, Kendall helped me out. She took the time and let me see a few storage options in sizes before I decided on one. I loved the service, the safety and convenience!

My family and I have stored at this facility for years. Just like all storage facilities, this location had its issues and when I expressed my concerns I felt like the staff didn’t care but that has completely changed with the new general manager, Kendall. She is exceptionally friendly and takes time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explained how my concerns will be addressed.

yeniffer was very helpful with fixing my locker. She came up with a great idea, to make me stress free. You should come to her with any problems she will be able to help as long as it takes😊😀

Staffs are friendly, professional, courteous, and most importantly flexible. Love their attitude to every customer service interactions. This wasn't just one member of your team but all of them demonstrated the high professionalism. Well done in your training and quality control programs. The only part I wish you'd improve is the payment reminders. We have repeated several times with your team member when we'd be leaving but the questions were repeated.

Good service, so far very reliable professional, courteous. Prices are better then some other storage services in the area. The movers they work with are good too. No complaints so far.

Online reservation was easy to complete. I arrived on move in date and Kendall from Management office explained pricing and gave me a tour of unit. The first unit I was shown was a bit small so I requested a different unit and was taken to another one on same floor. I was pleased with size of the unit and the representative was able to set me up to move in a couple of days later, they even held a small package I had place for delivery there! Awesome service by Kendall and the rest of the crew there.

The sales told me the size of the room and you do have all pictures for all size of rooms with materials inside so you have basic knowledge of the size you need and she did show us the room. That’s the perfect job to make your customers know what exactly we want. Thank you.

The hardest part of our experience was remembering the access code and learning the layout of the building!
The staff, Blake and Eric, explained everything simply and completely. They were very patient and went out of their way to make our experience great.
Unexpectedly we had to upgrade at the last minute and both of them worked on our issues. They even gave us a temporary code when ours failed!
During our move we broke a vase and lamp. We felt terrible because the place is spotless. When we informed Blake he said, ". . . no problem! We'll take care of it!"
I wish every experience (personal and business) was as pleasant as ours with CubeSmart!

This place is highly recommended. Excellent customer service! I commend Victor for being so helpful, kind, accommodating and making sure that my questions and needs are answered promptly. This goes to Paul too who also provided great service & was very pleasant too.

This place is super neat and that you will not worry in terms of security of your belongings.

I have been a customer since 2019. Viviana the manager is an absolute Gem! Awesome customer service skills and helped us beyond belief. Truly cares about the customer and took the time to discuss options with us during a trying time. She was courteous and helpful. Would definitely recommend this cube smart location to anyone looking for a storage facility.

Kendall, isis and the team were always incredibly helpful and amazing. Listened to us and helped us, especially with so much that happened at the Flushing Location.

I recently needed to upgrade to a larger storage space. I spoke with the CubeSmart staff about the type of space that I needed. The staff as a whole was were very helpful and attentive. I was given the opportunity to tour the facility and look at several available options. The Flushing branch staff were especially warm and welcoming. When it was time for the lease signing that I felt comfortable saying that I was renting from the right people. Definitely a 5 star company in my book.

Clean facility, very friendly staff...Plus Senior Manager Jason Dietz and Paul Herrera you guys made my world easier. And these guys make the business world way more pleasant with outstanding services and great, great variety of choices. Both are very proactive and understands customers needs. Thank you.
