The officers are super helpful. I lost my bag earlier today and was freaking out. I found an officer at terminal 1 and told him about the missing bag. He was super kind and professional and helped me contact other officers at the police station about the bag. Eventually, I was able to retrieve my bag at the police station in short time. Thank you so much!

I appreciate their help! They were nicely help, and found my 63 yr old dad who had health problems and was lost after departured at airport.

Very helpful. Long wait to be seen, and between doors, which I guess is for safety, but difficult for communication. I was there to file a police report and waited with a woman carrying a large pizza. She wanted to drop it off with her son who was, um, "visiting involuntarily." More family members kept piling in the room. Whenever officers asked if we were being helped, she answered for all of us about how she wanted to drop off the pizza, which they repeatedly told her she could not. Finally I said, "I'm not with them. I just need to fill out a police report." I got in, but damn if I didn't crave pizza the rest of the day.

There is problems in the traffic lights of the intersection of 148st & S Cargo Rd.
Sometimes, the green lights to terminal and S cargo Rd are not working. It’s since several years ago.

7:AM at the morning T4 four guys was screaming make people life miserable.
2 PAPD came to me forcefully took my license & registration issue $ 200 parking summons even I was not put my car in as parking position.
Both PAPD was very unprofessional behaviour treat me like criminal.
I was very polite and trying to explain I didn't even put my parking gear in a parking mode but both of them threatened me said do need medical attention but I saw there face very stressful & aggressive word .
I am very peaceful person I hate when someone put me unnecessary distress.
I don't broke any rules then why they put me financial distress ?
I talk thousands of travelers no one is happy to Traveling this airport because of none is helpful here .
I believe it has to change the way.

Cars are being allowed to park at Terminal 7 pickup A for 15 minutes - lights off with no monitoring, no agents anywhere. There were about 7 cars parked like this, just waiting for people to exit the airport. At one point a guy left his car in the third lane from the curb to go all the way into the airport to get his family. It is not a safe situation. I did not see him leave so was not sure if the car had been abandoned as a possible bomb threat.

Not very helpful, being rude was the only service provided, very impatient especially when they hear it’s a foreigner speaking but change their town when it’s a citizen speaking with them. I know no one cares about these post it’s just a post… but that’s why you get the Defund crowd, because no one cares.

Unfortunately truth is so unprofessional oficer works there.Some of them they don't have minimum Education to how to behave!
