Beautiful Store

really hard to make a return here i had to buy a new plane ticket just to return the belt i bought

I bought one pair of quite expensive shoes from this store near 1am. When I found out that the shoes had defects before boarding, I did not get enough time to exchange or return (the store may be closed too). The receipt mentioned if the shoes are returned in US store, tax has to be paid. I did not mind to pay tax since I bought the shoes mainly because mine hurt a lot that night. However, the fifth Ave. store dose not accept shoes from airport when I came back to USA. I called the JFK T1 store and was told to bring back the shoes and receipt. I had to ask a friend who would fly from JFK to help me to bring the shoes back. But, when she got there, they asked in addition, receipt from the custom to demonstrate that I claimed the shoes when I brought them back to USA, which was not listed on their return policy at all!!! My friend had to take the shoes with her, so the shoes again left USA. How terrible their service is! First of all, they should not sell defected shoes; second, their receipt is misleading and only after you pay, you got to know the return policy; third, they tried all means to refuse to take their responsibilities. In conclusion: Do not buy any goods from this store! They are expensive, poor quality and poor service! NO CREDIT and Not Worth your trust or try!
