Tony River is just an unbelievable yoga instructor. Because tony spent the first 30 years of his career as an RN he just really understands anatomy, aging and the yoga process. I have gone to tony's classes for 15 years and other instructors just don't come close to his level of expertise. Unlike other Yoga classes that tend to skip around to other poses really quickly, Tony get really deep into the pose and body parts so that you really focus on doing the stretch the proper way.

I also think that Tony is just such a good human being and when I come out of his classes, I feel really refreshed about life.
