If your on the hunt to cut down your foot print look no farther. Being your reusable bottles here. There is a lot of local products to choose from. Soaps, dish detergent, shaving bars and oils are a few of my favorite things. Today’s adventures lead me to buy some washable paper towels and some other stockings stuffers.

I absolutely love this store! I am on a journey to reduce my carbon footprint and use less plastic in my life. The hardest part is finding products that are quality and sustainable. Liz at Bear Minimum does all that work for me, and has sourced the most amazing brands and products that REALLY WORK! I love being able to stop over and refill things such as shampoo, laundry detergent, hand soap, the list goes on. The refillery always has new products and scents so you get some variety in your life. Plus, every product I have switched to work as good or better than the products I used in the past. Definitely come in and check it out and ask questions of the extremely friendly staff.

Love this shop, the owner Liz, and all she does for the community and our Mother Earth! Liz stocks awesome products that are gentle on our bodies and the earth -from laundry & cleaning supplies to personal care products, zero waste items for daily living, great cosmetics, and more. I haven't purchased plastic bottles since Bear Minimum opened, I just bring my years old bottles and refill. And if you forget yours, Liz has you covered. Two of my fave purchases are a cologne for my teenage son that he wears every single day and the Sweet Pea body lotion. You will be amazed at how easy it can be living zero waste; just making a small change or two will start you on your journey. Liz will show you how - she hosts educational and special shopping events, too!

Love that this store helps the community become more connected to living more sustainably! This is what we need! Great items in the shop, if you’re not using Dip shampoo and conditioner bars, you’re doing it wrong! Liz the shop owner is helpful and knowledgeable on the items in her shop and will guide you on how to implement these items into your world so our world can be a better place

Amazing products and customer service. Refill and sustainable options are just what our area needed. Shop small in a small town with a big heart! Love this shop and so glad it’s located in Boonton. Also enjoy the special community events, great venue for meetings.

A beautiful store filling an important need! We brought empty containers to refill with dish soap and hand soap at a great price, and are also trying a number of other products with ingredients and packaging that are environmentally friendly and stylish too. This is a destination trip, well worth it. Every little bit we can do, helps. If not now, when?

Love this store - Bear Minimum has a large variety of products for refill or sustainable shopping, is local to the community and hosts events for adults and kids, and has a composting partner/program as well that you can sign up for. The owner is super sweet, and I will definitely be coming back when I'm in town.

A perfect shop for a wonderful cause! I love coming here and filling up on hand soap and laundry soap, but I found A LOT of great products that are sustainable swaps for stuff I commonly used in my household! Making the switch has been so easy, and the staff here is extremely knowledgeable on all of their products. Want to help save the planet? Definitely stop here and support an amazing business!!

Such a cool spot! They have a good selection of refill items - show up with a container and fill it with soap, laundry powder, etc. Such an easy way to use less waste! They’ve also got all sorts of fun reusable items and gifts from local made jewelry to cosmetics and home decor. Check them out and support a new local business! Decent 2 hour street parking on the street, too.

I love this store! Everything is high quality and sustainable. Plus, the store owner is personally knowledgeable about all of the products which is great if you have questions before trying something new.

It’s great to see a store being a responsible global citizen while providing excellent products and service. The charcoal soap is amazing for getting tough smells off of your hands (like garlic after cooking) and my pregnant wife loves the shower bombs. It helped open up her sinuses after only one use. 10/10 will shop there again.

I love Bear Minimums products! The owners are super friendly and you can feel their passion for sustainability! All of our home products are converted to refills and I’m loving this lifestyle shift for our household! Highly recommend

So far I’ve only got the laundry detergent the puracy brand and it works very well I only have to use half of the purity then what I would normally use with tide. Can’t wait to go back and experience more of their products. also I got the soap the Pine Barren send and I love it. The owner seems like a genuine great guy and the details on all the decor makes it a fun and cool place to shop, pretty good music too. I’ll be back

The one owner that was there when I went was very helpful and kind, you can tell she is passionate about realistic sustainability for all different budgets. A lot of products are also locally sourced!
