Restaurant 1915

Beautiful dining room with nice views of Bear mountain. Plenty of space between tables for a nice dinner without feeling claustrophobic. Food was delicious and wait staff were attentive but didn't hover over us.

We came between 2-4PM ,the restaurant was closed (opens at 4PM) ,but the bar was open with a smaller food menu.
The food was very tasty and reasonably priced, very nice selection of local beers and a full bar that can make you any drink you like.
The highlight of the meal were the desserts that were just the perfect way to finish the meal.
The service was super nice!
And of course the ambiance and the location are perfection ,tons of things to do and see .
Will definitely come back here !

It is located inside a quaint little inn with a big lodge feel along the Appalachian Trail. Whether you are hiking through and need a good shower and a bed, or just visiting the area, this is a fantastic place to do it. There is fine dining available and the views are incredible. It is close proximity to West Point military college and only an hour from NYC. It has a park with a trail that runs around the small lake. It also has a pool and spa if you're just looking to relax.

Delicious food and friendly staff. About six local microbrews on draft. Gorgeous masonry and décor. Clean bathroom and stylish atrium at entrance. Hard rock on radio but at unobtrusive volume.

Great food. people visiting bear mountain should definitely try this place. They have limited items but perfectly cooked. And, the price is so affordable even for the cocktails. The service could be improved.

I really enjoyed their fresh local beers and extremely fresh cheese and bread. Appetizers and beers are superb but porterhouse steak is little normal and lack of searing.

Sunday Brunch is back! I just can't have enough of this place. Food and service are great, and the view is like a window to the past.

2pm bar menu very reasonable.

This is my favorite place to go in the area. The food is incredible, especially desserts. Lovely wait staff and host. The massive fireplace is such a draw. I always try to sit as close to the fireplace as possible. There is also a small bar area with sports on the TV if that's more your speed. I just love everything about the place. The decor, the menu, the staff.

Farm to table, locally sourced cuisine. We had an incredible dinner here. The sirloin steak is melt in your mouth, it’s the most tender I’ve ever had. The pork chop was thick and crispy and perfectly seasoned. All the waitstaff was gracious and helpful. The salads were fresh and crisp.

Our first time here. The food, atmosphere and services at this restaurant is underrated.
Josh, one of the amazing staff was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional! The appetizer and food was very tasty with an amazing presentation.

Wow, what a great meal! It's rare to find a restaurant that makes everything the way it should be, but 1915 nailed it.
The roast chicken: crispy skin and moist, tender meat.
The potatoes: creamy, fluffy, and flavorful
The cake: rich, sweet, and well balanced

The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was locally sourced (I think). We had a great view of the surrounding hills. The only thing I was slightly disappointed in was that the to-go containers were plastic clamshells instead of compostable.

Well done. Just be prepared to spend a bit, as it's not cheap.

Good beer, charcuterie board was delicious, ribs were good. The staff was excellent Emory was a true gentleman.
