Rite Aid

This is the best rite aid I've ever had the pleasure of frequenting. It truly is such a treat to visit! The woman at the pharmacy (I think her name is Tracy?) is an absolute delight to speak with! Real easy on the eyes. Anyway, back to the store- it's always very clean, everyone is always quite chipper and friendly. One of the last few pleasant places in shop city!

I have shopped at the Rite Aide at Sweetheart Corners, N Syracuse, NY and it is a clean, friendly store. It is always well stocked and the associates are always helpful and friendly.

Great service and friendly staff from all. I was in search of medication for my child and the pharmacist came out from the pharmacy to discuss options. I did not feel rushed and felt that he was sincerely genuine about helping me find the correct products (especially with all the shortages and product availability issues). The store is clean, too.

The pharmacy was so helpful. I’ve never had such great customer service from a pharmacy in my life. They got my meds promptly and helped with every question I asked. I felt heard AND seen. Beautiful and nice people. Will recommend every time.

Not only do I love my Rite Aid on Teall Ave because I used to work here, but Evan and the pharmacy team and John and the front end team are the nicest people you will ever meet! Not only a great place to shop, but a great store to work at too!

Went to get one product. But found that had drastic markdowns. Went on a Easter Egg hunt looking for clearance tags. Had a great time and left with a basket full of bargains for the whole family!

Neat, clean, bright and very pleasant space. They have some good sales,too.
People have always been very courteous. A well kept secret in Shop City.

Visited while out of town. Needed meds. Pharmacist (I think his name was Evan) was helpful and very pleasant. Store was clean and easy to find what I needed

I have been getting the run around from the insurance company about a script for my boyfriend and what they didn't want to covered. 4 scripts later I'm at the pharmacist again, yup still the wrong script so not filled. Ikr!!! Keeping my frustrations under control because I know it's not the pharmacist fault. He kindly printed all the scripts that were sent and rejected then wrote out the right script to give the doctor. My boyfriend finally got his script filled.

Kid needed meds while out of town visiting. The pharmacy staff was super friendly when I asked for recommendations and hooked me up with the pharmacist who was super helpful.

Went above and beyond expectations for my prescription to be filled in a timely fashion. Very professional staff. Quick and efficient!
