I will be back because the whole experience from beginning to end was absolutely amazing. It was my first message and I’m expecting and I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was so nervous and before I even had the opportunity to get my massage everyone worked so hard to make me comfortable. This was my first time at the Spa part of Bear Mountain. The salon was really calming and quiet. Everyone was really sweet and I couldn’t be happier with my hair cut and color from Tania! I took this pic the day after and it still looks like a fresh blowout. Will definitely be back, Thank you!

Booked a 50 minute Swedish Massage with Aroma Therapy and the whole experience from check-in through the massage itself was perfect. I had Seleina and she was so welcoming and applied the perfect amount of pressure. I left feeling so relaxed. Would highly recommend!!

The staff is very nice and I've always had a great massage there. I love being able to make an appointment online. It makes things easy and convenient.

Had an awesome massage by Selena and Facial by Lytze. The staff are attentive, friendly and professional. Very clean and luxurious spa. Bear Mountain Inn restoration is beautiful and you feel like you are in the adirondacks!

I had my first facial ever done by Tania. The atmosphere was so relaxing and clean. It was evident that Tania was an experienced esthetician who cares about her clients and their skin. She gave me recommendations for my specific skin type. What a sweet woman! Would definitely recommend this service without hesitation!!!

Great experience from reception to service. I had a prenatal massage with Nicole and it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. She was incredible. Highly recommend!

The massages were amazing. The atmosphere is just great. As soon as you walk off the third floor you can just sense the peacefulness and tranquility. My wife and I did a couples massage and we haven’t stopped talking about it. Can’t wait to go back again. Front desk woman is so hospitable. If I could give more than 5 starts, I definitely would. 100 percent recommend to everyone.

Number one. The staff is GREAT. Accommodating, respectful, and compassionate. Love the fact that everything is so clean. They go out of their way to make sure you are receiving the correct treatment. I came here on vacation to be pampered and I am. They have a beautiful, quiet room to relax in before and after your appointment. I also love their products that have helped me with pain. SELEINA is amazing in her knowledge and education and puts it to great use. I travel a lot around the Northeast US and she is THE best massage therapist I have ever had. I loved my facial from Amanda. It's because of this Spa that I am going to bring back a friend and do it all over again! Thank you Annette for your awesome care of all of us.

I had such a wonderful experience, the staff were all so attentive & accommodating. The front desk associate Mikayla went out or her way with every ask we had & was very kind & inviting, she even assured us we weren't over staying our welcome and to relax and enjoy ourselves. My facial was absolutely amazing my skin was left restored & refreshed. Very clean & calming spa. I'll be back!

My fiance and I went for a couples massage. Our massage therapist's we're Lisa and Anthony. They did a fantastic job. My body mind and spirit feels rejuvenated. My sore neck and back feels great. We will definitely be coming back. Also a very clean and friendly facility. Thank you

How can I describe the experience of the salt glow? I thought I had died and gone to spa heaven. The salt itself, rubbed into my skin, was both soothing and invigorating at the same time. I never wanted it to end. But when it did, I did a quick shower in the same room and went back on the table where the exceptional therapist rubbed a calming oil all over my body to remove the last traces of salt. I thought I could hear angels singing throughout...

I've been going to Bear Mountain Spa monthly as a member for about 2 years and they are always welcoming and wonderful. I've had massages from most of their staff and it's always great. All staff are knowledgeable, respectful, professional and able to tackle the knotted mess that are my shoulders/neck.

I just had a 50-minute massage with Joanna. This isn’t my first time at this quaint and welcoming spa but was my first with Joanna. She lived up to all of my expectations and previous visits I’ve had a tremendous amount of stress lately and within those 50-minutes with Joanna’s magical fingers I feel a weight lifted.
