I had one very good experience with this agency and one disappointment. I'm about to use them for the third time and we'll see how it goes.

Very disappointed with this agency. They are not on the side of the consumer. What should have been an open-shut case of a motel not providing heat and hot water turned into splitting hairs over irrelevant details and siding with the business instead of the consumer. It's not complicated; heat and hot water must be provided to guests and tenants every day even on weekends when the Department of Health can't show up to inspect. Slumlord motels should not be tolerated in NYS. Considering that the business was slapped with at least ten violations right after I left is a red flag in itself. See you in court, Rockland Motel!
