Outstanding service! Dave went above-and-beyond to fit me in for accident repairs, and even helped diagnose a non-accident related issue with my battery. Repairs were fast and of high quality. Dave and his staff are great people...highly recommend!

I had a minor accident. Favres was recommended to me as a place of repair. I called mid-morning on a Saturday. I was only ready to leave a message because I had already knew that they weren't open on the weekend. Dave answered the phone and was very polite and accommodating. He said that I could bring the car down for him to look at that day. Wow! Polite and people and awesome service too? Yes indeed!

Dave told me the turnaround time would be about 2 days. I figured a week from past experience. He also mentioned a very fair price. I then asked him what the highest estimate he assumed the repair could be. He said the same, very fair price again.

Took the car to him on a Sunday evening. He actually moved it into his shop that evening. On Wednesday I was being notified to pick up the vehicle. No hassles! Same price! Amazing work. Dave and his team are honest people. They get the job done with the quote they provide. He knows his business well. I trust Dave and I'm am so glad he was referred to me.

Unbelievably helpful. After a city vehicle hit my car, I had to put a claim through my insurance to fix my car. I gave Dave an amount and he fixed it as he was told. It turns out that I gave him the wrong amount and that I would have had to pay a lot more out of pocket with the fixes he made. Instead, he adjusted some parts and made sure the amount was as close as possible to the amount I received from insurance. I'm sure he took a small hit with the parts he had to order. That being said, he stressed that it wasn't a problem and that he was glad he could help. For all my car needs, even if it's an oil change, I go to Favre's. The guy is all about the customer.
