Pam's Market Popcorn & Windy City Eats

Went in to try the Chicago Italian beef sandwiches. By far the best most authentic Italian beef in Columbus. Go in and see Pam she will take awesome care of you and you won't leave unhappy. The popcorn is amazing too!

I got the snack size of Windy City style and it is seriously the best popcorn I’ve ever had. It’s a combination of cheese and caramel. The cheese flavor is so good, it’s smooth and melts in your mouth. I wish I got the largest size!

First time in Pam's, WOW!!!! Her Chicago Beef Sub is the BOMB!!! So FULL of flavor!! What a great find! Tucked away in a little outdoor street mall in Gahanna (off Johnstown Rd) ❤❤❤ It was nice to meet you Pam Sandwich was awesome!!

This place, let me tell you! Atmosphere was super welcoming.. Small shop with a Big impact of flavors.. Both the popcorn and dogs are amazing!
Had a Coney and Chicago style. Both around $8 bucks... Can't beat that price for the quality and flavor!

It's hard to find good Chicago style food around Columbus, but I tried the Chicago dog and Italian beef from here and was very pleased. They also have Vienna Beef brand condiments and buns for sale...will come back for sure

Wonderful little popcorn shop and pretty reaonably priced! The owner is super nice and the popcorn is very very yummy! I got the kettle corn, Brutus Blitz (chocolate PB popcorn), pumpkin spice, and peppermint chocolate- all are AMAZING. Definately worth stopping in!

I visited Chicago very briefly almost a year ago and was lucky enough to try an Italian beef sandwich. I was living in California at the time but have since moved to Gahanna as of this year. I had never heard of this sandwich before, but I fell in love and have wanted another ever since.

I recently came across an article listing the best sandwiches in the Columbus area and was surprised to find this place. I was kind of skeptical at first since it was a popcorn shop and I couldn’t find any pictures on the Google listing (apart from the menu listing at the counter). A week after reading that article I finally got a chance to stop by and try it and was not disappointed!

The sandwich was incredible, the meat was super thinly sliced, tender, and the jus was intense with flavor. The giardiniera really put the sandwich over the top flavor-wise and added a nice spice to it as well. The only downside was that I got it to-go and the giardiniera made half of the bun soggy (but that’s my fault, so I can’t dock them, and next time I’ll ask for it on the side).

I figured while I was there I might as well get a Chicago dog too and it was equally as good. Pickles, peppers, relish, poppy seed bun, everything was really fresh.

So glad I live only 10 minutes away!

Every once in awhile, I wonder to myself how many calories there are in the cheddar popcorn. It doesn't feel right. It's like trying to measure love with a ruler. We love you Pam!

I just had the best lasagna soup ever! The Chicago dogs are authentic! Love the place and the nice people that work there!

Pam was so friendly and welcoming, before I even had a chance to ask her anything, she was already handing out a sample for me to try :)

The popcorn is delicious, I tried the Painful Purgatory Pepper flavor and it burns all the way down with some great flavor - try if you're into it, you'll be sniffling for the next hour or so

I wasn't sure what to expect with the lavender popcorn, but it's a seriously good flavor, probably my favorite candy flavor I've ever had on popcorn. It's subtle, but works really well with the airy-ness of the popcorn. If you're on the fence about it, give it a try! I ate half the bag on the way back home and I can't wait to stop back in and try some other flavors.

There is also a ton of popcorn kernel options for you to pop them yourself - of course Pam was very knowledgeable about which ones suited my needs and was able to make a great recommendation

She also has rawhide and bones for dogs, but I can't give my review for those because I was too full to try em ;)

Fabulous. We both got the Italian beef and it was amazing. The person with me was a Chicago native and he loved it AND the Chicago dog. I don't think there is higher praise than that. Warning: I could not finish the sandwich (although boy howdy did I try) and I am still full hours later.

Yum delicious grilled cheese and popcorn. Pretzels are incredible too.

The popcorn is always fresh and there are so many great flavors to pick from! Our household go-to’s are butter, kettle, & white cheddar, but there is something for everyone. The Chicago dog is another favorite. The pricing is excellent, and Pam is one of kind! We love chatting with her any time we go in. Pam’s is truly a gem!

Pam is awesome! The popcorn (white cheddar, toffee, PB&J, rainbow) is so good. The chili dog and Chicago dogs are on point also. Such a nice little eclectic place with a great vibe, service, and products. Must try!

The best popcorn ever! Chicago mix is by far my favorite, but all are delicious. Pam is always so sweet, so happy this place exists!

Excellent Italian beef sandwich...had to try it after seeing so many positive online comments. You can order with sweet or spicy peppers and I went with spicy...no doubt it was spicy! Bun was very soft and tasty with the Italian au jus. The thin sliced beef couldn't have been better...very tender and great flavor. Eating half of it would have filled me up but couldn't stop at half...whole thing more than filled me up. Next time I come will bring someone along so I can try out the Chicago dog. Pam and the other lady working today were very nice...got a popcorn sample while waiting for the sandwich.

The best popcorn I've ever had, hands down. The classic cheddar cheese is my favorite. It is thick and cheesey and oh so addicting. We had three different flavors at our wedding. Pam brought it over to the venue, same day. So it was perfectly fresh. Now I have family members who don't live in town and beg me to bring some whenever I visit. Pam is one of the best human beings you will ever meet.

Great stop, I had an Italian beef that was better than anything i ever had in my 25 years in the Chicago area. Pam and her help were very friendly, got some popcorn to go and that was very good too. I will be back soon to check out the hot dog and more beef!

Fabulously quirky storefront and absolutely delicious popcorn! Lots of flavors and she serves lunch, too!
