Thank you for your professionalism and dedication in assisting me to resolve an issue with a 2 year old refrigerator that essentially had a faulty heating element. Carl, the owner, went above and beyond to contact the company and ultimately resolved the issue. For well over 25 years I, as well as numerous family members, have been loyal customers. Service and dedication is the reason for this! They are highly recommended!

This is the fourth time we’ve bought an appliance from Appliance Sales Plus. The salespeople are courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. They can refer you to an electrician if needed before installing an appliance. Delivery and professional installation have always been on time. There’s a reason that this business has had continuous success.

I had a problem with a 3 year old refrigerator that was out of warranty. Bottom line is that they made it right ! Got a new one, price matched what maytag was going to do, delivered it fast and installed it quick. What else can you ask for. Local and honest.

I am so happy with appliance sales plus and the installation of my new washing machine. Thrilled to have a top loader again. They removed the behemoth washing machine that was here from the previous owners. Then installed the new machine all within record time and were professional.

I recently made my second purchase from Appliance Sales Plus. Their price was better than local big-box store retailers and the delivery service was very professional. They took great care not to damage my house during the installation and removal process. Additionally, several days after the purchase, the item in question dropped considerably in price. When I informed them, they credited me the difference between the original purchase price and the sales price - a gesture I greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend them.

The minute I walked in the door I was greeted by Jimmy and he was just terrific in answering all of my questions and in helping me choose just the right refrigerator/freezer for my home. My Wife and I live but 5 minutes away from Appliance sales plus we pass the building every day , but for some reason when we needed to replace anything we went to the big box stores. This time the washer and dryer from that big box store didn't last and we needed a new pair in a hurry. I looked on line made a few calls to other places and my wife said lets just go down to Appliance sales and see what they have we need it fast. So we did. We walked in and was greeted by Steve and Carl. I have to say they were great, took there time with us and we walked out with buying a new washer and dryer. I looked online afterwards and there price was actually less then the big box stores and I found out when you buy from the big box store they make the manufacturer build the item to there specs that's why there cheaper, now I have a real machine built the way the manufacturer intended it to be built so hopefully it will last longer. The delivery was set up for the next day, I had to work so my wife was home. The drivers showed up on time and took there time to make sure everything went according to plan, nothing was rushed or damaged in the removal and install. So to sum it up, when we need to purchase anything, we are going down the block ( as I use to say when we lived in the Bronx) to appliance sales plus. Thanks guys you were great.

It was a pleasure working with the sales team, who were knowledgeable and patient. The crews that removed my old washer/dryer then installed the new ones knew what they were doing and left my home without damaging anything, and that was miraculous given the tight space they had to work in. True professionals from start to finish.

We haven't taken delivery of our washer and dryer yet, but we wanted to express how helpful everyone was. The owner explained the current state of washer technology and what to expect from any washer. He listened to what is important to us and made recommendations. Appliance Sales Plus made our day. After our refrigerator broke down and repair made no sense, we came to Appliance Sales Plus. We were desperate because we were without a refrigerator for four days. Karl was very helpful in finding a refrigerator in stock that would fit our space and needs and at a good price, competitive with the big box stores. Not only that, but he promised delivery the next day. But that was not the end. We arrived home to find a phone message from Karl telling us he could deliver that same day. We were amazed. The delivery crew arrived and had our new refrigerator running within 4 hours after we left Appliance Sales Plus. The two gentlemen who delivered the refrigerator were very nice and careful to avoid any damage to our home. Appreciate their efforts.

All in all, we are very grateful to the team at Appliance Sales Plus. The service is outstanding and certainly exceeded our expectations.

I ordered all new appliances for my kitchen renovation through Appliance Sales Plus. They not only had the best price, but from the moment I walked in the door, I received great customer service, Steve was my salesman, he was extremely helpful & informative. There were some delays due to Covid, which were expected, but every time I called or went to the store.....it was always great customer service. I have to say that any dealings I had with either Steve, Karl or Kevin.....was top notch. I highly recommend Appliance Sales Plus.

I am so impressed with Appliance Sales Plus. I was in an emergency situation, because my refrigerator died following a storm power outage. I found the model I wanted and it was available, they promised delivery within 2 days and it was delivered exactly 2 (business) days later. This was an incredible outcome, given that other stores, including big box, had no inventory available, and could not commit to deliver except to say it would be 1-2 months (or more). Not only that, they walked me through all the requirements for warranty registration, rebate claim and obtaining an extended warranty. I left the store extremely happy and impressed with their customer service. Now I hope my good luck continues and the refrigerator turns out to be a good choice!
