American Eagle & Aerie Store

I went in today looking for jeans and was helped by Alexis. She immediately greeted me and asked what I was looking for. Helped me narrow down what I liked and also checked the back in case there were other options. She was so nice and checked on me several times. She was one of the most helpful associates I've ever encountered at a store!! Thank you for your help and wonderful customer service!!

I visited this store today to find a birthday gift for my son. I was immedidately impressed by the safety measures. Two employees were at the door ensuring that everyone had a mask. Masks were respectfully given to those who didnt. When I went to check out, the cashier thoroughly sanitized between customers. I mentioned that I was unsure of my son's size and the cashier helped me to decide on a size by telling me me what size he would wear. He assured me I could return the shorts if necessary.I didn't get his name, but thank you to cashier LD5843.

My daughter loves this place! A bit pricey! Almost 80 bucks for one pair of jeans! But the store is clean and organized. Friendly and helpful staff.

I have been there twice over the past week and they have the best customer service and sanitary protocols for COVID-19. They require a mask but if you don't have one they provide it for you, as well as sanitizer. Their process for the for the changing rooms are outstanding with sanitization between every use.... they deserve tips. EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER was kind and in good spirits! I have shopped there before but will shop there more based upon these experiences. HIGHLY IMPRESSED!

Fun store! I easily found jeans that fit my curves ..for only 19.99! Also found a casual dress 60% off that i couldn't live without!

Staff is friendly and attentive without being pushy sales people. Store was clean and staff was sanitizing hands and counters between customers
