I could not be more happy with Thomas and Galbraith! Our main sewer line started backing up yesterday afternoon and they were able to get someone out that night within a couple hours. Jeffrey came out and was incredible helpful and knowledgeable. We will definitely be using them for our plumbing needs in the future!

i recently bought a new in-house water filtration system thru Costco and these were my guys.

A gentleman called and first visited for an estimate then less than a week later 2 of his colleagues were here to install. They were quiet, attentive to me yet focusing on the job. Friendly but not overly so.

All 3 men were absolutely lovely to come into contact with.

Thank you to the vendor; you are upstanding in your customer service as well as choice of products. They even put my rug back in place! How pretty too, how they hooked into already visible plumbing.

( i have no young children here, this is a grandma house now! It was MY insistence it be like this in my utility room)

Had an issue with the connection for a new water softener because of our house being very old. Brian came out and not only presented us with reasonable options, but also inspected every plumbing connection in the house. I recently bought a home and wanted to have the furnace tuned up / checked for peace of mind throughout the year's coldest months. Thomas & Galbraith made it easy to initiate a visit using their online system and prompt phone call follow-up to get my appointment on the calendar. Shawn Booker was dispatched for my appointment and did an outstanding job! He called to confirm my appointment, was able to arrive early, was incredibly friendly / knowledgeable, and took extra time to explain the results of the tune up / work performed and answer all my furnace and heating questions. I could not be happier with my experience and will be a returning customer (they have a membership that actually seems to be a great value that I plan to enroll in). Kyle completed a very comprehensive evaluation of our heating system and completely explained all aspects of the report, including technical readings and pictures he took. He is very professional, personable and highly skilled and knowledgeable. The evaluation was very reasonable as well.

Overall, great experience with my new furnace and AC. What's most notable is their customer service- I chatted with their online bot via their website after hours and left my phone number and asked for a call back.

9 am the following morning, customer service called me. I was very impressed and it left me feeling like they truly care about their customers.

Highly recommended for new equipment and I assume they would let be great if you had some type of issue with your existing furnace/AC and need help.

Sean was absolutely amazing, and taught me more about my unit in 10 minutes than I've ever been told in my life! The other major thing was I've been told by other technicians the unit is old and may need replacing, which has been pretty stressful. They said it was fine for now, but old, and I've been told several times about new units and their prices, and they're all about 9 grand. Sean actually showed me a bunch of info about the unit, and it's doing really well but just needed a new part. Not a replacement!! He replaced the part and then showed me another part that's ok, but might also need replacement, and I could actually see how it had some scorching on it. That is SUCH a difference in tone and expense, and was unbelievably helpful. I know if it does go out, Sean will be super honest about it because he did not pressure me to get a new one once. I definitely want him from now on, because of his honesty and transparency.

Perfect service call beginning to the end. Prompt, courteous and did not do a rush job. Good communicator and good attitude. Before leaving, he reported that everything was OK……then asked if I had any questions. He took time to answer them..
(Also, he put “footies” over his shoes without being asked to do so. That’s important to me.)

Technician Alec came early, solved my problem quickly and efficiently and gave me valuable tips for prolonging the life of my furnace while he was there. He is very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He even saw a fan speed setting that was incorrect and made the adjustment while he was there. Highly recommend Thomas and Galbraith and Alec. I called late last night with my issue, and they were there the next day at noon. They would have come at the time I called but I held them off until the next day. He had my problem diagnosed and repaired during my lunch hour and I was able to return to work on time.

I contacted Thomas and Galbraith for after my hot water heater pressure valve began leaking and to also repair a leak in my basement ceiling. Thomas and Galbraith quickly contacted me within the next business hour, scheduling the service call.

When the technician (Matt Smith) was close, he communicated his status and time of arrival with complete transparency. Upon arrival he was very professional and quickly diagnosed and repaired the discrepancy on the heater.

The leak over the ceiling was a little more challenging based solely on access, but he was also able to find the root cause and began the repair process. Due to access challenges, it was a little more complex than he had thought, but his professionalism was at the forefront, again providing the repair in a thorough manner.

I am very pleased with Thomas and Galbraith and will continue using them in the future. The pricing is fair and the quality of service is top notch.

We had a great experience with Thomas &Galbraith. From the initial phone call to follow-up after service, it was top-rate. Our plumbing issue was fixed, priced as quoted and very reasonable. We give them a 10 out of 10!

Our heat went out in the middle of the night and at 7:30am I called and they had someone out that early afternoon. Brendan The technician was prompt., Curtis, respectful and knowledgeable. He had to go to the shop to get a part that he needed, but was only gone 20 minutes and didn’t leave us hanging. He didn’t stop until everything was working properly and then showed us step-by-step what he had to do to fix it and what the problem was. I highly recommend.

The sink in my bathroom had standing water, I called and was given a window between 2pm-4pm. He called about an hour before 2pm and showed up promptly as he said he would. He was respectful and kind and explained what he was going to do every step of the way. Thankfully he also left with the drain unclogged!! We’re now back to a functioning bathroom!

Their professionalism and clear and concise communication is really what keeps me subscribing to their routine servicing. Every technician I have interacted with has been very courteous, respectful of our home and very knowledgeable in servicing our A/C and furnace. They never try to up-sell me and that is really appreciated. Highly recommend.

I had my Ducts clean today for the first time (20 years living in my home) and my Technicians were Ethan and Gagge. Very professional walk me through every thing that they were going to do. Took in consideration my Husband work 2nd shift and work in our bedroom first so he could go back into the room to rest until it was time for him to get ready for work. After the Duct cleaning my home felt refreshing. I would definitely recommend this company and the Technicians.
