Smokey Bones West Chester

Renee our server was polite and fast. We ordered the 25th anniversary special which is a half rack ribs, bread and 2 sides for $9.99. We also ordered four $5 appetizers.. Pretzel bones, boneless wings, fried pickles and Bag of Donuts. Everything was tasteful and temped well. We will be back to try the pulled pork sammy appetizer and the $6 appetizers.

I loved the baby back ribs with pulled pork in a sandwich (crunchy bread with garlic) with mashed potatoes and broccoli, they have various bbq sauces (my favorite the Chipotle one). My friends got the full rack of ribs with beans (delicious).
For the dessert the chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream was my favorite but doughnuts were delicious too (berries sauce was my prefer than the chocolate one).
Artasia was our waitress and she was lovely and very helpful with recommendation. She was pending on everything, the food was in our table less than 10 min later...

A was a great waitress and was consistent on making sure we was okay. Definitely would come back and consider to someone else. The steaks are FANTASTIC AND IS WITH EVERY PENNY.

This was my first visit to this restaurant and it did not disappoint. Food was hot and fresh. It was seasoned very well and the portion size was more than enough for me. I had the Korean BBQ pork belly pops as an appetizer. It came out quickly and was great. As my entree I had the pick 3 favorites with jalapeño cheese smoked sausage smoked wings and brisket ($5 upcharge but so worth it. To top it off our server DJ was attentive, helpful, and pleasant. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Highly recommend eating here if you love BBQ food. Everything is cooked perfectly and they will cook to your taste. The waitress was very attentive to my table, even with them being busy. I try to stop here to eat when I'm in the area. It is priced fairly. Especially for how good it is. 10/10

It was dinner-and-a-show at one of our favorite West Chester restaurants tonight. We got to watch the manager change several lightbulbs in the ceiling. He was hilarious! The food was great too!

Our server Kelly was great! Very efficient and attentive. Food was out pretty quickly. Beer was nice and cold. Brisket Grilled Cheese was excellent!

Kayla was great! She handled our group of 16 (which included kids) very well. Drinks were taken care of & refilled quickly. Food was great! She was very attentive to our large group. We liked the “party room” (semi-private room) for a birthday celebration.

Street corn, brisket chili,brisket grilled cheese, pulled pork Mac and cheese and brisket baked potato. Food was very good. Chili needed more something so added the Taki street corn and ate it with tortilla chips. Highly recommend the blackberry lemonade!

Our waitress, Kelly, was amazing!! Her extensive knowledge of the menu made ALL her suggestions sound soooo yummy!!! We settled on the 1/2 rack smoked ribs with side of smoked wings (garlic buffalo), baked beans, and cornbread along with Mushroom something burger with wedges. We also had the donuts for dessert. Everything was absolutely delicious! If you're ever in, ask for Kelly's section because she will take EXCELLENT care of you!!!

Our waitress Haley was like a God send when we came in for dinner. Earlier at work I received an injury to my eye giving me blurry vision. I tried my best to navigate the menu but it was just too difficult! Even though she was very busy she took the extra time to thoroughly go over the menu with me and also asked me about my eye while I was eating. Not only did I leave the restaurant with my stomach full but after meeting Haley I left with my heart full as well!

Great atmosphere and food! The 6 oz sirloin and ribs were filling and a great value. Our waitress, Alexis, gave quick and attentive service.

Alexis was the most helpful server, offering suggestions on what to have. She was quick and attentive to our needs and was very cheery. Smokey Bones food was awesome and we will definitely return. And ohhh, the donuts!!!

I took my kitten out for a bite to eat and I was delighted by the service. Haley left me speechless and flabbergasted with her swift waitress skills! The sustenance that my kitten and I received from this establishment satisfied our stomachs for days!

Our waiter Q is awesome filled us in on all the deals! First time coming here and we will definitely be back the food was hot and ready and the service is top tier!

Haley did a wonderful job getting a table to accommodate my disabled son, making sure we had all our needs met immediately like ketchup. Brisciut was delicious.Son loved the pulled pork. Will be back.
