What will I do without Target! Great customer service, wonderful shopping experience as usual. I was able to find everything my daughter needed for her event last night. We even found 3 cute gifts for the birthday girl. Thanks Target see you soon!

My electric cart died at the back of the store. A team member in seasonal called for someone to bring me another cart. After a few minutes the cart attendant brought me another electric cart all charged up. I was very appreciative. They bother were very friendly & helpful!

To the manager (I believe she was a manager) that helped me I cannot thank you enough, it was MY mistake and I deeply apologize for that. Forgive me for not remembering your name(I believe it was something like karehma, lord I’m sorry my memory is awful & I’m a mess today, I’m so embarrassed lol) but you are an angel and thank you times a trillion!! My daughter loves her boots<3 if I got the name wrong, which I’m sure I did(face palm), please let me know in the comments because she deserves so much credit for her deeply kind customer service!!! Thank you thank you thank you and again I’m *so* sorry for my mix up! Thank you for your time!!!

I think everyone loves Target, but in case there is someone new to their store, this Retailer knows how to do everything at a superior level. Product selection, product placement, store cleanliness, lighting, and security, and ease to conduct commerce. A++ as usual.

Great staff, especially security I had a great conversation with a security team member who was a great guy who I really felt a connection to Would definitely recommend this store.

I like Target. It's always clean and easy to shop at. High quality items. The return is fast and easy. The associates are nice, sometimes careless about customer but they ignore you nicely:D

My daughter wanted to get a few things but I didn't really need anything. Of course, I found a few things! Haha

Target has a little bit of everything at good prices. I enjoy going there, especially the home and appliance area.

I absolutely love this target and always love stopping by the bullseye playground, BP, when I first get there. This location has the cleanest/most organized BP of any of the targets I’ve been to. I actually live about 30 minutes away but frequent this area occasionally and will stop into this Target whenever I have time. I always see Gloria stocking and organizing and she does an absolutely fantastic job! She’s also extremely friendly and will point out new things she just put out. I look forward to browsing that section before doing my other shopping, and hope she’s there because she always puts a smile on my face. I love that she’s right up front because it always starts my shopping experience with such positivity. I wish every target had a Gloria!

I picked up my order at Target from my car in the designated driveup parking spot. I think there were around 40 driveup parking spots. It took less then a minute to check in and my order was brought out to me in 2 minutes. This was about 7:30 pm. My order was quickly put in my vehicle. The employee was courteous, quick and efficient putting my bags away. Nothing tipped over driving home. Another perk was that I received a $15 Target gift card for making a $50 purchase on qualifying products. I bought two 152 ounce liquid Tides on sale,stain remover, cake mix, paper bowls,etc.
The one complaint I have is regarding 3 phone calls I made to Target shortly before I arrived asking what time curbside pick up closed for online orders. Two of the calls were made to my Target store. The first call I selected the option for online orders. A woman answered in English which was hard for me to understand. It was obvious she was from a foreign country. I have no complaints regarding that in any way. The women was having a difficult time understanding my question. I repeated my question several times rewording it and spoke as slow and clear as I could. I wanted to know what time driveup pickup for online orders closed. She thought I meant what time Target closed. She told me 10 p.m. I told her that was not possible. The store closes at 9 p.m. on Thursdays. The date was on 4/6/2023. She transfered my call to another department. This employee told me they did not offer curbside pickup anymore. I'm not sure where my third call went to. I had called a different customer service number. This employee who answered my call did not know when curbside pickup closed either. I drove to Target very muddy with 3 very wet and muddy dogs. We were 2 minutes away at a dog park by Target. I had not planned on coming into the store. When I arrived, much to my relief, there were many, many, many designated driveup parking spots for online orders. I left a happy woman. Confused why nobody could answer what I thought was an easy question to answer,but very happy I did not have to go inside covered in mud. And happy I got some good deals at my Target store.

This is a great Target store! Their layout is updated compared to others in the area, and have a much more upscale display and feel to the store. But all the same great stuff to buy, and the same great prices. Good selection of electronics, including cell phones. The cashiers were friendly and helpful!

Great store! Had exactly what I needed and it was ready for pickup almost immediately. Efficient, fast and friendly staff.

I just had a delightful purchase experience at Target. I'm not a frequent review "poster," but I decided to make time to share my thoughts after last night.

I recently moved, and broke my flat screen TV during the move. Over the holiday break, I saw that Target was offering deep discounts on TVs - at a 35% discount - competitive with the lowest online price. I'm leaving town on business for 2 weeks, and did not want to "hope" that an online delivery would arrive before I left on my trip, so I wanted to buy locally.
Last night, I saw online that the inventory quantities were dropping, so I decided to make the purchase. Easy to select the item on the site - but I was concerned about the actual availability of the model I wanted at the local store. I've had issues in the past with online inventory accuracy for high demand items - and I discovered last night that the the combination of the online purchase process combined with local store order fulfillment nearly eliminates that risk.

Specifically, I submitted a purchase online to 2 other Target stores closer to me, only to find out that the model was not available at the store. Because of the rapid attention at the local store to attempt to fill my order, I received a warning message within 20 minutes of placing the order - that my order could not be filled at the selected store. The website then allowed me to switch the selected store on the existing order - and I received similar response time at the 2nd store - only to find that the item was no longer available at that store either. Finally, the 3rd store I selected confirmed that the model / size was actually in stock.

When I arrived at the store, my TV was at the front, and the customer service associate helped me load the 55" TV into my car - because there were no cart pushers immediately available to assist. She was insistent that she did not want me to have to wait.

My luck continued - the TV fit into the back seat of my sedan perfectly - delighting both the customer service associated and myself. I know, that was just dumb luck - but I just thought I'd add this to the comment as well - knowing that unrelated "bad luck" incidents get folded into poor customer service experience. So - there you go.

With other retailers, this would have been a long, 3 store journey - and I have a feeling Because of this service, it was a 90 minute, delightful experience. AND, I actually got my new TV.

Thank you, Target. I work as an IT Director for an international manufacturing company, working the past 35 years to implement the right technology with the right process. When I see technology actually work - when the hard work put forth by the IT team actually makes a difference - I get inspired. Target, your team has found a way to integrate the right technology with a responsive, motivated customer service team.

I always find a great selection at Target. The store is typically organized and I can find prices easily. I usually only have to wait on one person before I can check out of I can use the self check out. Not to mention the Starbucks conveniently located inside. I am in this Target at least once a week. Very well done.

I ordered a Christmas gift online and picked it up at the store a few hours later. There was no waiting! The store employee was friendly and efficient.

Target’s products are unique & their customer service is amazing. They match the price if you find a better deal on any other sites & make it so much easier. Their pick up at store service is pretty fast as well. Its very helpful as you can find the aisle number of a product on the site to help find them in store.

I am taking back my previous 1 rating and comment because I realized when I got to the store, that they were having phone issues as to why no one answered. I usually shop at the Fields Ertle Target but had to go to this one because of a specific calculator my daughter needed that they had. I had great friendly, helpful, and speedy service. I was very pleased. So I apologize for the previous rating and comment. I would definitely shop at this location again:)

Who could live without this place...... I love everything about it. Neat stuff you can't find other places. And good prices. Nice you can pick up something for dinner. Love Love Love
