The food, the staff, and the experience were all amazing! For a "chain" restaurant, I feel that says a lot. We were only there for a quick snack and a cold beer and were treated as if we were the biggest ticket our server had. She was amazing!
I'm definitely going to visit this location more often!

Stopped in for lunch with some coworkers, and it was so good. The jalapeno chip dip is out of this world, literally so addicting. I ordered the steak fajitas tacos and ate every bite even after demolishing a couple of baskets of chips.
Our server was attentive, quick, and very friendly. This is the go-to lunch spot when you're in town. Wish I could have had a margarita to go with it, alas, it was a working lunch. 😂

These places across this great country are just so very consistent... Great job owners and management!!! The house margaritas are good enough let alone the top shelf which is great... The chips are normally warm and light/thin consistency, then the salsa is good but the creamy jalapeno dip is money 💰... Service normally always friendly and on point... Chicken flautas are great and the rice and beans always very good

Loved, I haven't been to one in a while last time was like no... redeemed it was Great here at this location. The server he was awesome. We had a daughter date night before Eras Tour movie, and we were very pleased. Fajitas was amazing and queso. But the winner is that jalapeño ranch dip WOW sell that in a jar. Thats money!

Chuy's in West Chester is an amazing Tex Mex restaurant! Lively atmosphere, friendly staff, and delicious food. The creamy jalapeno dip is a must-try! Generous portions, great margaritas, and festive ambiance. Highly recommended for a memorable dining experience!

I ordered online and picked up my lunch order. It was hot (temperature) and very good with a side of rice and refried beans. There was a complimentary bag of chips and salsa. Everything was very delicious and well presented. I will be visiting the store in person.

Great food. Wild burrito, spicy & extra large size. Guacamole and sour cream pay extra for this side. Taco salad, big and ground beef was flavored, but not spicy. The chips warm and creamy jalapeno ranch the best.

Good food but a little pricey. Everything is fresh. Cheese is grated, tortillas are hand made, salsa and lettuce are cut fresh.

I had the fajitas and everything came out hot and big portions. There were 5 tortillas instead of 3. Finally, enough shells for the food. Unfortunately there wasn't much seasoning. I love the meat and veggies to be sauteed in fajita seasoning but didn't get that here.

The kids all got orange sherbert push pops included in their meal. Everyone enjoyed their meal.

Food was very good, we had large group and service was great. Chips and salsa were great, limitless refills. Each enjoyed their meal, waiting time for food was a little longer than expected, but not too bad. We didn't order alcoholic beverages, so can't comment on that. They do have desserts. The location is pretty good, parking pretty good. Over all a very good experience.

Love this location! Great service! Friendly servers. Food quality is great! So glad the Deluxe tomatillo sauce is back. The margaritas are made with fresh squeezed lime juice and it makes all the difference. Always our favorite go to for tex mex. Panchos, big as your face burrito and chuyChanga pictured. Partially eaten as we got excited.

I ordered the steak burrito, and the server made the suggestion of adding to the cheese. I do not remember what it was, but that burrito was delicious. The steak was cooked perfectly, the meat was moist, not dry, and overcooked like most establishments usually serve. I normally get the steak fajita burrito, now I have another option. The server was attentive and very helpful.

Plenty of parking, Outside dining, good service, good food...loved the jalapeño ranch dip on the corn chips better than Pico de Gallo and it was fabulous...Burritos, Tacos, Enchiladas was enjoyed by our five member party. Coca-Cola products are served and they have a full service bar.
We shall definitely return to this establishment.

The best American Mexican food ever! I love going here and so does my husband and kids! We ALL get the same things every time. Not only is the food excellent but so is the staff and atmosphere. If you have never eaten here take my word for it and stop in, I guarantee you won't be disappointed!!! We celebrated my 39th birthday here and we have been here many times before!

Chuy’s is almost always a good choice. Their “Sweet Tea” is like Southern sweet tea and is great. Chicken Flautas are our favorite dish. Most entrees served with rice and beans. Their chips and guacamole are also good. We love the Jalapeño Dip but they have several different sauces.
Service is always quick as is seating. They seem to do “take out” with no trouble as well.

We've been to this Chuy's location a few times, usually pretty average experience, never any complaints. We were there tonight during the 5-6 dinner hour, and as much as we dine out, we by far had the best server we've probably ever had!! The food was great as well, but a HUGE thank you to Shawn for making tonight a great experience!!

This was our first trip here. Kinzie was a wonderful waitress. We were able to try several sauses before ordering. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. For great food this is my choice!

The service was quick - Danna was very friendly, and was quick. Make sure you ask for her when you visit Chuy's at this location.

This location was the best combo: friendly, quick, tasty and had other trend stores around.

Had the fajitas for the first time... excellent! Loved the side items! Great variety of sauces so you can special order anything!
