My daughter and I stopped in to check out some Prom dresses. We got lucky the size was perfect, and she looked stunning! We even stopped in Beauty to buy perfumes from LemLem, who had excellent customer service and the shoe department. Thanks, Dillard's, for helping us complete my daughter's senior prom look!

Probably the GREATEST experience I've had in all my decade's walking the Earth. Shopping shouldn't be this fun. I will cherish this memory for as long as I am cognizant. A friendly staff. A helpful staff. Obviously a well trained staff. Cleaner than my Mother's Home is what pops into my mind as I look around with mouth wide open void of muscular control. Breathtaking. Run here...NOW

Summer, in the misses women’s career wear department was pleasant to work with. I appreciate that she was readily available to answer my questions and eager to help me locate and suggest items when you didn’t have what I wanted.

Went in hoping to find an odd sized sticky bra. They had it! The girl in the lingerie section was excellent and dug through so many boxes to find it. She was great with my teenage daughter and very patient. Amazing service!

I love shopping here the quality is amazing. And I actually was shopping for shoes this day and found two wonderful pair of sandals to start off the summer and my fiance found a pair of nice casual shoes as well. And I happen to buy him a nice bottle of cologne for eight anniversary which smells so amazing and the Associates in that work there are absolutely so sweet and kind definitely visit Dillards I love it.

The store is ever so clean and the people in attendance is easy to seek out.

Great place to shop and have star quality service. Wow. Friendly. Positive. Very helpful. Love the great line of cologne and sprays. This is an awesome location. If you want to be pampered and feel like a star, this is the best place to get it. This gets my: wow and Wow!

Today Ruby in the women’s department was the definition of customer service!

Several other workers watched me collect clothes to try on, chatted on the phone, chatted with each other, and never offered any help - Not in the Designer section, not in the formal dresses section… nowhere! However, as soon as Ruby saw me, she immediately offered to set up a room and continued to check in on me to be sure that I had what I wanted.

Unfortunately Linda in swimsuits seemed to be nothing but bothered I was there. And pointedly told me that any swimsuits I tried on must be completely put back on the hangers and returned to her section.

Thank you Ruby for making this shopping event for my vacation a successful one.
