Best haircut I've had in 20+ years! Stacy listens to what you want, and makes great suggestions as needed. Friendly, comfortable and nicely decorated shop. Service is fast but I never feel rushed, prices are very reasonable.

Might be pricey for the women's hair cuts but the lady that cuts my hair is sweet as can be and she has never done me wrong

We called ahead for a haircut for a special needs child. The owner told us to come on down. She was very accommodating and skilled. Once the tears dried, even the child had a real good time.

I went to Stacy for the first time and she gave me a great cut. Very friendly & listens to what you want. So nice to have her services. Will be back.

If I could give a 7 Star rating, I would! Stacy did an AMAZING job! She was professional, friendly, respectful and polite. She listened to what I wanted and did exactly that...not too much, not too little. She had the product I wanted available but did not push me into buying it. Very comfortable atmosphere. She even thanked me for giving her a try! Delightful experience- I feel like celebrating! Thank you Stacy!

Stacy is amazing! I currently go to school in Albany (from Long Island) I have never had anyone other than my hair stylist on Long Island do my hair so I was super nervous. After reading reviews for a million places I decided on Sand Lake. It was a great decision! Will definitely be returning! The prices are great too!!

The shop is small but done very nice. Warm and welcoming. She has jewelery and small crafts for sale, which were clever and made well - I will have to remember that when I need a gift in the future! Nice conversation too.

I recently moved to the area and desperately needed a haircut before I started my new job. Stacy did a great job on my hair! I showed her a picture of me right after I got it cut at my last barber and she nailed it. She also made a recommendation on a hair styling product that I have been using and works better than any other product I've used. I would highly recommend going here and will definitely be returning for all of my future haircuts.

Decided in the morning I needed a haircut, and was able to get in without any problem that afternoon for a cut. Absolutely amazing job on the haircut, reservation system online, general friendliness, and everything in the experience. Highly recommend to any guy that wants to feel fresh after and leave looking wicked fine! This place definitely holds up to the barbershop part of its name. I will definitely be coming here from now on for my haircuts. Thanks!
