Nobody reviews the post office unless they have a problem. Post office is great. Knock on wood but I've never had a package lost of the many I've sent and received. Thank you post office. You're a pillar of society.

The Delaware Post Office has a mail drop box available anytime, clearly marked in a drive-thru lane around the back of the building.

But most of all, it is positioned so you can easily deposit your mail with having to get out of your car. Well done USPS!

I know it is popular to get get negative on the post offices. I am going to take a different perspective. I have been dealing with this post office for 20 years and have never had a problem from mail issues to packages to passports. I have always experienced competent and friendly service.

I just want to give props to the lady (employee wish i would of gotten her name) that was sitting on the mail dock around 12:30pm today. I tried the lot few times with no spots so I parked on S. Washington St behind the PO. So I walked up the back lot with my 2 packages and she saw me and asked if they were ready to be shipped. I said yep she was like I can take them if you want me to. I said sure I appreciate. Then she gave few parking suggestions as well. Simple gestures like that make Delaware the best. Thanks to her👍

Always a pleasant experience. Staff is helpful.

I am grateful we have mail service. It may get delayed from time to time but it will arrive at some point. The men and women at the post office have a very difficult job and I appreciate them.

Hard to believe but I had amazing customer service at the Delaware post office. She was able to find a lost package and give me the rest of my late mail. Our carrier was injured and she made everything right.

A special thank you to the staff of the Delaware, OH Post Office (including the Postmaster, managers, and counter help). I had shipped an Express package with an online label that was not delivered on time and the refund was denied online but they were able to be creative in refunding the charge. I appreciate their extra effort to correct a problem that wasn't theirs.

My mail carrier is the best. He works 7 days a week plus overtime because they can't find enough help.
Be kind to these people... Instead of everyone complaining, you could just stop and thank them for their help. They are doing the best they can in light of a government-run business. 🎄☃

I LOVE our post office. The staff at this post office is absolutely wonderful, I've been to lots of PO's, and none even come close. People working the front are calm, kind, respectful, and funny, even when I drag in lots of boxes to mail. The time to get in and out is usually short. If there are lines, the waiting customers are reliably friendly, letting people with just one thing going ahead, and generally being congenial. There is a mailing station that you can use for midsize packages and priority mail that is open 24 hours. 👏🏻❤

Shout out to the SSAs at the Delaware PO they are always very efficient, but also nice. Certainly show that customers are important! Appreciate all of you!

THE BEST PO I have ever been in. Little to no line, no hassles, few questions, friendly staff, in and out. Parking lot is a little tight but that's my only complaint.
