I ordered a wreath of white flowers and a standing spray, also white flowers. The flowers were delivered on time to the funeral parlor in Queens Village and lit up the room on such a sad occasion as my father’s death. They added beauty and dignity to the visitation and funeral service. I highly recommend this company and would use their services again.

If you call the 347 area code number listed on Google you can place your order directly with someone working in the shop in Glendale, NY!!! And you can avoid the run around of customer service you get when you call 1800flowers corporate hotline since they’re not in the same location as the local florists! This local shop is always willing to help our family with all our floral needs and has created custom memorial pieces over the years! They are always so kind and helpful when you call and make the process of ordering flowers for a difficult occasion easy. The flowers are always fresh and delivered on time! Seriously some of the most talented people around in the floral industry!!!

The owner was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to help me pick my daughters engagement flowers out with ease!

I ordered a large Spooky Pumpkin Boutique online and what I got is nothing like the picture. I ordered this particular boutique because I liked the contrast of the dark flowers with the white roses and carnations. Instead, I essentially received 6 roses, an overkill of babies breath, a few eucalyptus stems, and a lot of carnations.

I called the customer service line and the gentleman over the phone assured me that he could replace my order with something that looked more similar to the original photo. He was understanding and great!

I get an email that these replacement flowers were delivered. Even though I didn’t receive any notifications this time that someone was entering my building.

I get home and the replacement flowers are no where to be found. Not in the lobby, at my door, or in the package room.

I notified the customer service chat and got nothing. No care, no compassion, no replacement. No resolve.

I legit love flowers and had prematurely signed up for Passport because I had planned to purchase flowers on a regular basis.

Won’t be doing that.

This place is a scam. Buyer beware. I ordered a bouquet for my fiance on Valentine’s Day but they never delivered it. They won’t pick up when I call either. I’ve been calling for 3 days. Will be doing a chargeback.

I must express my immense disappointment with 1-800 flowers. Today, I had placed an order for a delightful combination of flowers and chocolates to surprise my beloved sister. However, to my dismay, I received a call at the end of the day informing me that they were unable to deliver the package due to a shortage of delivery personnel. While they did offer an apology, this experience has left me with a strong conviction to never patronize this company again. It serves as a reminder that supporting local mom and pop shops can often be the wiser choice. I deeply regret my decision to order from 1-800 flowers.

ordered very expensive flowers and they didn't arrive until AFTER my grandmothers wake. and I ordered them to be there early. they should be ashamed of themselves. never again in my life would I give these frauds my money.

Never ever order anything or give this awful business any of your money. They WILL take it and NOT deliver your flowers. They WILL NOT give you any refund or any consideration of one. They are hiding behind the 1800 numbers which isnt even affiliated with this store. on top of that, everyone is incredibly rude. Bottom line: no flowers, no refund, terrible representation, and huge waste of time and money. If I could give a no star review I would.

this bouquet is made very poorly, it is ugly, the dog does not look like a dog, the bouquet looks terrible, the small amount of flower , only leaves . I don’t like it, I will never recommend this services at all

Ordered on 5th of February for Valentine’s day,and paid extra to be sure it delivered on the day! Not only they did not send my order,also refund took forever! They are the worst! Never ever again!!!!!

Do not order from this company the orders take forever to come even if you do same day delivery it will not come on time and the flowers are hardly ever fresh order from other companies

Placed online order for next day delivery. I got charged for the 2 bouquets I ordered immediately and I have the receipt. I never got a delivery or any updates, or proof of delivery. When I called them, I was told to call 1800flowers, who had no record of the transaction and I was told to call the shop. I must have called 20 times and no one picked up. Now, I'll have to dispute the charge. All I wanted to do was send flowers to my mom and my sister.
