Denise is the office is incredibly rude on the telephone. Rich, their plumber they sent out, changed a part after I specifically told him not to. When I told him to put it back, he tried and apologized profusely. I felt bad and asked him if he could put the new part on and not charge labor. He said sure, no problem and thanked me. If he never touched it to begin with, we wouldn't have had this issue! Later that night, I received a bill for the part and labor. I will never do business with this company ever again. Shame on them!

Hello, Last year had a water pressure tank and water heater installed by De Gasperi payed over $4000. Less then a year pressure tank was faulty and they came by to replaced it. Now they sent me an invoice for $514.78 for labor. If the unit is under warranty why am I at fault to pay this outrageous amount for labor? I’ve used this company a few times never again. Time to find me a new plumber !!

Have used this plumber in the past. Called with emergency situation, left message………no response.
Right now I have no water and no heat.
