First time customer and I will most definitely be back. Every person I dealt with was great, from the owner to the delivery guys. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service, and they have an excellent selection of furniture, all kinds, but without all the high markups you usually find in flashy furniture showrooms. Do yourself a a favor and stop in!!! My new sofa looks amazing in my new apartment 💯

My husband and I just purchased a sectional on Thursday evening. We walked around and we're both really pleased with the selections available and I was absolutely in LOVE with the prices. I found this fantastic sectional with a large chaise and we purchased it immediately. I had seen this same exact sofa on marketplace used selling for $600 and this was not much more than that brand new in plastic! We opted to pick it up on Saturday rather than wait to have it delivered.

After my husband and BIL picked up the couch and wrestled it through our tiny front door (our house is old. ) I realized that we had two right sides and no left. Something to keep in mind is this sofa has both a right chaise and a left chaise configuration. We got the right area facing chaise and a left area facing sofa. I called and left a message but unfortunately they were already closed for the day. I figured it would be minimum Monday before I could get any resolution due to short working hours on Sunday and needing to rent another truck.

Honestly, Sunday was a complete cluster and these guys immediately turned my day around! I ended up needing to take my baby to the hospital and was there all morning. I didn't think I would have time to get this situation resolved as obviously baby comes first. Luckily we got discharged and I called around 12:30 and the man on the phone was so kind. He immediately said he was the only one in the store but he would call his boss and get my situation resolved entirely. By 2 pm these guys found the correct piece, brought it to my house, actually put it in my living room and took the incorrect piece back out. And they did all of this without waking the baby!

I am honestly so pleased with the sectional, the options they had available, the value and most importantly the customer service. I can not recommend these guys enough, they have truly won me over as a customer for life.

I visited every furniture store in the tri-state before I decided to purchase from this location. I was able to receive great customer care, the delivery went well. I couldn't ask for anything more!

We got an amazing deal on a sectional here that would have cost at least twice as much elsewhere. It arrived several days early, and the delivery man could not have been more courteous and helpful. We have already recommended this store to friends!

The team members here are very courteous and aren't as concerned with selling you something like the other big brand stores. They let you take your time and are always available to answer questions. They also sell the same products as the big brand stores at better price points. They save you around 30% off sticker prices, but since realistically nobody pays sticker price, it's still at least 15-20% off the sale pricing at the big brand stores, for the exact same items. It's great if they have what you like in stock. If not they will special order them and get it to you when they arrive. They have a great catalog & a very functional and useful website too, to choose from and order.

COVID-19 has affected furniture shipments drastically, so I wouldn't blame them for the fact that it takes very long to get what you ordered. However on the bright side, it helped us foster a great relationship with Gene, the owner and the guys. This will be our go-to stop for furniture, in the future. We've already cracked 5 figures in purchases from here over the 10 months, and we will definitely be back for more.

Highest recommendations! Owner/operator took special care with orders and measurements. Entire purchase was delivered promptly (early) by polite, efficient and very nice guys. Easily added to the order at the last minute. Quality pieces at amazing prices. (Repeat customer, will definitely be back)

I’m not an impulse buyer and I shop around. Ordered two sectionals and a kitchen island from here. Same sectionals were 1k more at Ashley Furniture and the kitchen island 400 more at IFD with shipping. These were the lowest prices I could find. Overall, I saved 2400 shopping here. I ended up taking the top off the kitchen island and replaced it with granite, and it is absolutely stunning. I rented a truck from Home Depot and picked up everything myself. The guys in the back were a great help and everything was packaged extremely well. Great little store, great customer service, and we will be back. Thanks again.

I am a new couch buyer and was looking for a good deal! This place came up on my feed and, after seeing the great prices and deals, I decided to check it out. when I arrived, there was so much to select from! I was asked if I needed help as soon as I was greeted and let be to sit and make my decisions freely! I felt very welcome and felt the freedom I needed to make a good and accurate decision! I don't know the gentleman that was assisting us but I wish I did! He was fantastic and so helpful! I ended up purchasing a couch and the wait is currently 10 ish weeks (no big deal! Especially with how crazy the world is right now!). I will keep y'all updated on how long it all takes.

They are good people. They ask a fair price for their goods and during my experience with them they were very customer oriented from the salesperson to the delivery people. That's not something you see a lot of today. Give them an opportunity to earn your business.

I was looking for a specific design of sectional couch and didn’t have much time to shop. I called this store- told them exactly what I wanted- ended up buying it over the phone and it was delivered the next morning. The price was exceptional and the next day service was awesome. I will definitely buy from here again.

Received our MLILY mattress and Ashley bedroom suite a week sooner than the expected delivery date, which was awesome! They delivered on the agreed time scheduled and setup everything in less than 30mins! We couldn’t be any happier and absolutely LOVE our new mattress!
