The building itself is nice but I'd think twice before becoming a patient there, that is if it's the same PCP and Specialists that were there when my sister in law was a patient.

Was there to visit my doctor not a real estate agent. The building is definitely nice, clean, designed stylishly, you would never know that as many doctors have offices there. Or that there's a surgery center there.
Glad the geese are gone.

Dr. Samadder is a wonderful, knowledgeable doctor referred to my family by our family physician. My mother had an endoscopy scheduled at 9 am and so we went in at 8:30. The front desk employee was working by herself clearly overwhelmed because almost 20 people were waiting to be helped and get pre-op paperwork. The wait time turned out to be over two hours which is beyond ridiculous as this surgical center should have a more organized system and not overbook procedures. Would not recommend getting surgery here as the procedure itself only takes a small portion of your time compared to the ridiculous waiting time to be seen by the doctor.

This medical office is basically running a money making scam off of overbooking themselves, failing to use their own chosen resources, and being unreachable.

There was not even enough chairs in the office to sit because they had overbooked themselves so severely.

I waited over 2 hours to be seen after my appointment time as a result, and when I cancelled my follow up appointment and received robot verbal confirmation that it was cancelled using their automated system that called me to confirm the appointment, they later claimed I should have shown up for it.

When I finally did get them on the phone they said they would hold me accountable for missed appointment fee, and complained because I talked on the phone about their horrid, disorganized, understaffed medical practice for over 10 minutes.

They do not have or use voicemail in the year 2023. Their office hours are unlisted so you can't even find out when you should call, so that they can complain about how long you are on the phone because they didn't do their job properly.

Left practice last year. Not only did not answer also would not take messages. Had to make an appointment for a refill of meds. Did not see doctor after first visit (went there over 4 years). After testing the doctor did not wait to discuss tests until I woke up. Gave information to member of family. When records were requested to be sent they never sent them even with permission

They take forever to answer the phone . They do not even have a voicemail set up.
