AT&T Store

I was in and out with an iPhone upgrade. Quickest experience I’ve had at an AT&T store. Left with a JBL speaker as well. Satisfied.

Ricky , was fast amazing and helped me with an awesome solution , he is really professional and I bit straight to the point ! As I think all businesses should be . He did not push me into anything and was by far the best employee I have ever worked with inside the stores . Thanks Ricky -

I had such a bad experience with another location, I was ready to switch carriers for myself and family but this store employees did their job above and beyond my expectations without knowing ATT was about to lose some customers. D'Angelo and Jordan are 2 of the most knowledgeable and attentive employees I've interacted with in a while for any type of company or service. Bcs my phone had to be shipped, i was there 2x. Both of them were only employee in store when i went. My upgrade went so smoothly that I had no questions or concerns and even walked out with a complete accessory package even though my old accessories work well. Thank you, gentlemen!

De’Angelo was absolutely gracious and adorable. We laughed through the whole experience. I have always had androids. Now I have entered the iPhone world. He walked me through everything and was very informative on the product.

Deangelo is a great leader I liked how he handled the stressful situations that arose in the store. I was there when a lady came in yelling at an employee named Sam and Deangelo stepped in to help her out and she started yelling at him while he was trying to tell her that there was a misunderstanding and that he can look into what happened with the customer device and she didn’t let him speak

Awesome customer service in this facility! I took my phone inn because I was having technical difficulties. They took the time to trouble shoot This tedious problem until the issue was resolved. The two salesman; Ziad and Joey were both respectful, patient, honest and very professional throughout the whole process.

Nick did a phenomenal job assisting me with phone replacement and new services. He was extremely patient and took extra time to discuss my options. I have used this same store for several years now due to the one on one attention received during my visits. Thank you for your service.

My experience at this store was unique and fresh due to the personalities of the 2 gentlemen, Jack and Nick. Jack did due diligence to customer service to me by being friendly & professional. He took on the task of handling phone calls to the company that I didn't know how to do. His concern for my satisfaction showed in taking the time it took to get my request done fully focusing on me and my need. I strongly recommend this is the location to come to in order to get your business done.

I ran into this location to have screen protectors put on 2 recently purchased items. I live closer to the Reynoldsburg location but I was not pleased with their service. The moment I walked into this location Kassidy was so very welcoming and pleasant to deal with. I will much rather drive the extra miles to come to this store and actually feel like an appreciated customer.

After 14 years with Verizon we decided to change companies due to the lack of loyalty to their customers. We decided to give AT&T a try and the experience we received from Cody was outstanding. He was professional and very patient. He even engaged in some small talk to avoid the awkward silence from the transfer of data and gave us a great dinner recommendation. Only time will tell but we are off to a great start. Thank you for a easy switch, your service is greatly appreciated.

The team at this store is absolutely phenomenal!!! Friendly staff, knowledgeable employees and exceptional customer service. Kassidy assisted me with an upgrade and some adjustments to my account giving me more yet allowing me to actually pay less which is graciously appreciated.
