Giant Eagle Supermarket

I had a great experience with your employee Tracy this afternoon- she helped me through the self checkout and bagged everything for me- I was having some breathing issues today and she helped so much! Well done on hiring such an observant helpful employee.

Store upgrade allows more room in the aisles. More products on the shelves. Lunch meat is very scarce. New foodie experience in the prepared foods section.

The store was clean and well stocked. They also have a great bakery. The white cake with buttercream icing is a hit. This location also has a liquor store inside.
You can get hot and cold food for lunch or dinner in the deli area. Some options were Rotisserie chicken, fried chicken, subs, various side dishes and more.
They have cashiers and plenty of self checkouts. You have to purchase grocery bags, or you can bring a reusable one with you.

Macy checked me out she was very friendly but professional and quick. I was at the deli and the girl and man back there was friendly and helpful. I also ask a young lady where something was and she knew exactly where it was. So you can be proud of your staff . They are both helpful and knowledgeable.

We’ve ordered Giant Eagle’s “Best Cakes in Town” for 15-yrs now. They have the BEST cake decorators, and the cakes are always moist and affordable. PS: the new cake decorator in the Blacklick store is amazing!!! Thanks!!

This Giant Eagle is always so clean and well stocked. They carry stuff our local kroger doesn't, which is nice. They have a lovely gentleman disinfecting the carts and had one ready for me right when I walked in which was AWESOME! The cashier was kind. Just a great store that's worth the extra miles to get to

Karen always does an amazing job on my cakes she's the best.
Every time I shop here the store is always clean & the staff members are polite.
The produce & meats are good quality and always fresh.

The peppers are very colorful and would give any outdoor space and accent as well as peppers to eat.

Giant Eagle is always clean,they have a friendly staff that knows what customer service is👍They have a great selection of food, there produce is always good. They are a bit on the expensive side, but every place is these days.

Great selection and friendly staff. Been using their pharmacy for several years now & for a good reason. They seem to go above and beyond for me. If you're polite, honest & respectful, you will receive the same in return, and that holds here as well

Giant Eagle has a great meat/seafood counter and bakery. The cheesecake is to die for!!!! Need a cake or need to pick up last minute baked good, definitely is the place to go.

Great Store. I love its classic but updated feel. Donuts are still great from the bakery.
Liquor department always has something new to check out.

Shopping today, for my mother in law who is sick, in an unfamiliar grocery store…my 3 year old had a most epic melt down over a pacifier I wouldn’t buy for her. As I attempted self check out with a flailing 3 year old, two cashiers swept in and bagged all my groceries for me and then put them in my cart. What amazing humans. It made me tear up. Thank you!!!!!

I want acknowledge the great customer service at the giant eagle located on East broad st blacklick. . Tracy who works in the floral department , went out of her way to find me at the self checkout and make sure the tulips I was about to purchase were watered. She also provided me with a beautiful bag to carry them with. She did it with a nice smile! The customer service at this store is superb! Thank You! Don

The Best Seafood Choices in the Grocery industry.

I bought the prepared fried chicken mix. It was so good. I usually don't eat the chicken breast, but the way they prepared it, I will go for it firstnon my next purchase. I told my husband Giant eagle will be where we buy our chicken for our next party!

Saturday morning "browsing" and I found the "Limited Edition" Oreo Maple Creme cookies that have been missing for about 2 years.

I am a 1st time customer and I was VERY pleased with EVERYTHING. Customer service desk person (Patricia) was excellent in giving me an Eagle card and explaining all the perks that come with it. She even took the time to tell me about the gift cards and the different ways they could be used. The young man at the front door showed me where the motorized buggys were. When we left we went to the self check out and two employees came over and helped us bag our groceries. Oh, and the buggies have sensors on the front so you can't run into anything. I had an overall WONDERFUL experience.
