It was one of the easiest shopping experiences I've ever had. I walked in and was instantly greeted and asked what I was looking for - told the employee the size and price range and he showed me which beds were available and let me try out each one. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes

Excellent service, tried several different
mattresses. Once I decided which one I wanted they didn't try to make me take a different one. Any question I had was answered to my satisfaction. Tina was very knowledgeable of the products.

Bradford was exceptional. My wife and I walked in 45 mins before close and he stayed well after hours to ensure we found the mattress that best met our needs. Walking in, I wasn't thrilled about mattress shopping, but he made the experience pleasurable and was very knowledgeable about the different brands and styles. In the end, we purchased a Posturepedic Plus Hybrid High Point queen mattress.

Brad was great! He took his time to show us around the store asking what we liked and didn’t like about each mattress. He had great suggestions about which mattresses to try. He explained the differences between all the various types and brands. We stopped by once to narrow it down to a few and went home to talk it over. When we returned he remembered us and remembered the mattresses we tried. He even suggested different pillows to try to increase the comfort level. Not only did he help us find a new mattress but new pillows as well. There was a woman working in the store with him the second time (11/13) and she was helpful as well. After the horrible experience we had at Original Mattress Factory (awful quality mattress and awful employees) we were being super picky about our new one. It was great that he understood and didn’t try to pressure us.

Sam was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He offered many options and was very patient and kind. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone thinking about purchasing a new mattress!

Jamie from Tri-County Mattress Firm had been so helpful. She is very knowledgeable and know what to ask so we can purchase the right mattress for us. She didn't rush us even though we came in 30 mins before closing. Jamie is very professional and her customer service skill is excellent.
