This location is perfect for our business! The grounds are well kept, it’s gated and secure, and there’s plenty of parking for our customers. David the manager is super friendly and helpful. You have access to equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts included with your rental. We have both office and warehouse space and love it!

This is the perfect spot for our small business. The property is gated, immaculately kept, and has everything we need on site. There are TWO forklifts, pallet jacks, extension ladders and other necessities always available for use. Everyone here is professional and friendly, making the environment even more perfect. I have been at this faculty for 3.5 years, and it’s been great. The fact that everything is included, and I only have to pay one bill is wonderful. The facility is kept clean and organized. The faculty is always safe and secure, and I have no concern of anything bad happening, I once left for the weekend with my door unlocked and had no issues.

The company especially David is easy to work with. Flexibility of needing to upgrade your unit, needing to expand for a short time? Or anything else that might pop up good or bad. If you communicate with them, they will try their best to accommodate and help.

We have been renting from David and his team for over 2 years now. I can tell you that we have offices in 9 states and MOST property managers and owners simply do not care. David and his team are welcomed breathe of fresh air. They constantly go above and beyond to help with any issue that comes up they are always on point.

Coming up on a year here and I couldn't be happier with my choice to work out of my unit here. The units are clean, comfortable, secure and easy to access. Love having UPS, Fed Ex and USPS pick ups and drop offs. Management is friendly and responsive to needs. Perfect for our situation.

Rise is a great place for the small business owner to large companies. The facilities are clean, climate controlled, safe and secure. We have free WiFi, clean restrooms and offices at our disposal and there isn’t a bunch of cam charges included on top of our monthly rent.
